    i know there is just hoping to get somethin asap as im clueless as how to sort out your mortgage etc if it gets that bad that i cant pay but not too worried yet:50:

    The best advice I can offer you mate is to go round all the construction sites in your area with your CV and try and blag something. Also cover all the basics like having your Cv posted on S1, Monster etc. Another site worth a look at is Gumtree. You could also contact agencies like Rullion, Hill McGlynn or any other specialising in construction. Another avenue would be to contact your local regeneration agency GRSWA etc as you can use their facilities for free. Feel for you man as I've been made redundant twice in the last 3 years and it's tough.

    I hope you get something soon mate.

    If you will be struggling to pay the mortgage go and see your lender as soon as you possibly can - they are legally obliged to try and help you out. This can be changing your mortgage from repayment to interest only - which will reduce the payments initially.

    Otherwise, they might simply agree to lower payments for the next 6 months or so to let you get back on your feet.

    Like I say, the best thing to do is see them sooner than later and again, good luck in the job hunt.

    thanks to every one with support and advice and i promise i will follow every lead given to me its up to me to go out and get something rather than wait for it to happen!

    il keep you posted with my progress i have a couple local leads so will follow them first


    the support i have recieved here is the type of guestures im used to from fellow celtic fans!!
