Well said by Lawell, our discipline was brilliant and the bookings statistic backs that up.

all ive heard all day is how celtic and rangers brought disgrace to scottish football but out of 13 yellow cards and 3 red cards we got 3 and 1 of them should never have been anyway

Peter Lawwell is a Celtic fan just like us, I'm glad he spoke out on behalf of all of us, about time someone told those muppets at the SFA to get a grip.

There was only one team with any intent of playing football last night, our club has acted with dignity and Lawwell is standing up for us as he should.

Its good to see that the top men at the club are coming out & sticking up for the club as fast as possible(normally they would have took about a week to say their piece)

    Well done Mr.Lawwell !!!!!!:50:

When things are hunky dory, it's all because of the Dignified Huns. But if there's a fck up caused by them, we are dragged into it & labeled as

Glad to hear this, sick of reports about BOTH clubs dicsipline!

You just know, if it was us with the players sent off they wound't be talking about both clubs, it would be Celtic alone!

    Here the whole time
Spot on from Mr lawell. our players behaviour was nothing short of impecable in the face of what can only be described as brutallity. on the other hand the noises coming out of the midden reek of desperation and a childish "get your retalaition in first" mentality. martin bains statements that it all happened because of stuff that was said, what?, about 4 weeks ago now is pathetic. he then starts saying decisions are now going against them. exactly what decisions are you talking about mr bain, the fact that your teams diving antics and rough house tactics are now being correctly punished. will the scottish media round on rangers for this statement the same way they rounded on us when we protested about referees and officials actually being caught conspiring and lying to us, don't think so. are we also supposed to believe all mccoist said was "why don't you leave our players alone" just because this is what rangers claim he said. can you see that provoking such a furious reaction from lenny because i don't see it. the fact that lenny hasn't gone running to the press with his version of events speaks volumes for both men involved. and just how would the rangers bench have reacted if scottie brown had elbowed their physio as he was running to attend one of their stricken players then ran fully 40 yards to confront the rangers bench, footage of diouf doing just this were all over sky sports news last night.Guilty,Guilty,Guilty.
Just had to get all that off my chest, been absolutely fizzing this morning at the * being written in the media.

In hindsight I wish Lenny had just laughed in MCoist's face and walked away, in retaliating the way he did he has allowed the incident to take centre stage while the real issues get relegated to something less.
If in fact Lenny had done that, there would be no place for the huns to hide as they would have been totally isolated to face whatever comes their way, following the SFA investigation.
Having said that when is this investigation being held, does anyone know ? also assuming that Bougherra and the Sewer Rat are severely punished in terms of match bans will these impact on their league games this season or will it still be next seasons cup ties ?
