    Hunskelping part 2

A thrilling watch from start to finish:

Action (Lennon trying to lay the smackdown on Sally), feel good factor (provided by Celtic winning), and comedy (provided by Sallys fat belly, diouf being a *, Whittaker nearly bubbling when he got sent off, Bouggie begging not to be sent off and rank-gers attempting to get a shot on goal)

My verdict - Five stars *****

More of the same please Neil :celt_2:

    YNWA!!

Go on Marky Bhoy! :shamrock: Delighted for him, never the best of strikes but they all count. :icon_mrgreen:

Was buzzing for this all day, was just glad to get into Paradise and get it going. Thought the Bhoys were brilliant, Zaluska was a spectator, Kayal once again shone.

Was fuming with a few things, Bougherra's studs on Hooper. I've just seen it back on tv and what a nasty b*stard. :47: Glad Hooperman was okay. Seemed to me like they targeted Hooper, Kayal and Izzy for some harsh treatment. Glad he walked in the end, cheerio. :bbpd:

As for El Hadji Diouf, I hate to waste my time on him but...... :56: Disgraceful. Greetin faced wee rat!

McCoist, he must have definately said something to Lenny. That tiny bit of respect I had for that man, went right out the window. Scotland's Shame just proved to the world again why they are a disgrace.

Well done Bhoys. Beating the huns twice in less than two weeks is magic. :shamrock: Now our focus switches to league matters and Hamilton on Saturday.

i still think we are hot favs to clean up...but trying to be objective and sensible for a moment, i would say that after tonight there are probably 2 things they will see as positive.
    1) Siege mentality. They may have resorted to....well, last resort style football, but they will definitely unite in some way after tonight.
2)They have now got 3 less games in their schedule....which is probably more significant. When we play our quarter final, they will have a free weekend.Dont know if they could re-schedule a league game or not, but it will help them a bit.

From a footballing perspective we were excellent although we didnt create many opportunities, i thought Kayal and Ki dominated midfield and Kayal roamed the park covering every blade of grass, he is a top class player who we'll be doing well to hold on to. Samaras once again ran the rangers defence ragged dragging them all over the paddock. Wilson and Izaugare were excellant also bombing forward to try drag about their 5 man defence, Mulgrew looked comfortable and played the ball out of defence nicely a few times.

As for all the other stuff that went on, Diof is an idiot nothing new there, Bougherra's yellow card for raking down hooper's leg is a cynical and disgusting a lunge i've seen in a long time, he deserved a red for that alone, i wonder if he'll be in further bother for man-handling the referee (if it was lennon physically remonstrating with the ref he'd be facing a long ban and fine and rightly so) Bougherra is a scum bag.
Fair play to celtic for keeping their cool (the players that is) Lennon would have been better served staying calm at the end, we'd just knocked the huns out no need to get excited no matter what Ally said to him...still i wouldnt change Lennon - he's brought the thunder back and we're looking like a serious outfit.

Are Rangers the most dirty team in world football?

We were great tonight, got the job done. Second half we came out desperate to get a goal and deserved our win against a Rangers team who actually didn't threaten Zaluska once, only time he had to be on his toes was when Mulgrew nearly scored a own goal!

Izzy just keeps on impressing which is superb for us but also means the interest in him will continue to grow :54:

I thought Sammy put in a good shift, 1st half we was great, 2nd half it didn't really work for him but you can't fault the lad's workrate.

Kayal and Ki dominated the midfield battle, Wilson never stopped bombing forward and deserved his goal even if it did come with a slice of luck :icon_mrgreen:

Mulgrew looked comfortable on the ball and looks like that Sunday mistake he made was a complete one off.

C'mon the HOOOPSSS!!! The huns don't deserve to win ANYTHING!

My first old firm last night and it was classsss!!!!! The place was jumping! Had such a good night and was so happy to watch Celtic play proper football unlike that manky mob.

Izzy, Kayal, Broony, Wilson - all brilliant!!
Diouf such a disgrace at the end...attitude stinks, however was comical to watch him throw his top away he was clearly thinking "please dont chuck it back"

haaa lets all laugh at Rangers ha-ha-ha-haaaa!

Just watched the game as was on nightshift last night. Again played football, could have been more if we went up the gears. What a vile team the Huns have. Shamed Scottish football again !!
