    Yes, they say it's unprovoked and it is but to some idiot rangers fan obviously it isnt because the guy was in a celtic pub possibly wearing celtic colours they think its okay to do it, it's a disgrace. So just because the lad was Celtic they think they have reason to do it.

    Have so many good memories of Reamonn, what a cracking footballer he was. He was a true gentleman and an exceptional person. I simply cannot speak highly enough of him.

    It was a privilege to call you my friend. Will be missed dearly. RIP Reamonn Gormley.

    Read on another website that it is known locally who done this and they are not long out for something similar.Hope they dont get a shorter sentance by offering up some lame excuse.

    This type of behaviour is getting all too common in the West of Scotland and hanging would get my vote any day of the week but l dont suppose the do gooders would allow that.

    Can you stop making up rumours about this. The parkville does have a majority of celtic supporters drinking there but it doesn't allow club colours, creating rumours about it being a sectarian does not help.
    People in blantyre know that this is more to do with scum that have no respect for any life.

    I only hope justice will be swift and uncompromising!

    absolutley sickened by this theres plenty of rumours flying about but theres 1 i believe as the guy that done it was masked up. anyway i think there should be a tribute at the the old firm on the 20th not because of the game it IS but because its the next home game. condolances to his family and friends another young life wasted in lanarkshire * bless raemonn Y.N.W.A

    Just can't understand why people are walking about with knives, sticking them into peoples necks.

    Truly shocking - honestly very disturbing.

    Sounds a lovely person & had done so much for such a young man.

    Rest in Peace, you didn't deserve this.

    I don't expect any real justice or change to come from this & that's just as disturbing, as the * who did it...apparantly a 22 year old.
