    As the title says
    League Cup finals are usually 3pm kick-offs but then again Old Firm games are nearly always 12:30

    All League Cup Finals are kicked off at 3 - irrespective if its an OF Game.

    I'd agree mate.

    Thats one of the reasons the OF games are dead these days - atmosphere wise.

    A night-time OF game is 100% better - happens very rarely these days though.

    Yep , all league and scottish cup finals are 3.00 kick off even if we play the huns in them.

    To be fair though most SPL Sunday games are 12:30 wether we're playing the huns or Hamilton.

    they've put old firms to 12:30's to stop people from being able to drink before games.

    and with big numbers of each sets of fans going to hampden, will they not keep it a half 12.. to avoid drunks causing fights etc.

    The last one was defo a 3pm kick off, it has already been advertised on the BBC as having the 3 o'clock kick off as well.

    Totally agree. Think of the League cup when Maloney scored the cracker and the 3-2 game when big Jan scored the winner late on. 2 amazing atmospheres. Old Firm game at CP under floodlights - unbeatable!

    The 3-2 game wasn't when Big Jan scored the late winner. The 3-2 game was Robson's penalty. It was the 2-1 that had Big Jan's late goal (and Naka's screamer) :50:

    There won't be riots as such but there will be trouble, it's a dead cert. And that applies to any derby game, regardless of KO time.
