So another game Vs Aberdeen, and this is one i dont want to lose....

Somehow back in December i was thinking what a good tie, a struggling team and the other side have the harder draw then all of a sudden we have the harder tie, great eh......
Shocking that this isnt going to be televised either

Same team as today, McCourt in for forrest, New CB in for Mulgrew if we have one

I feel confident about this game after today's performance, that saying it's a cup game and they are rarely a walk in the park. As for it not being televised nothing new there then. :38:

I couldn't make it last night, but after reading all the reviews im buzzing about this one now!!

Should be a good day out, and i believe we will have too much for Aberdeen again despite their recent up-turn in form. They didn't really threaten us at all at Parkhead recently despite us getting a bit shaky, so i'm hoping for a 2-0 or more.

As i say i wasn't there last night, but would hope the team stays more or less as it is, with the exception being a new CB if we have one.

    Can't wait!

i think time rest our main players and injury prone players, the league more important, i would rest rogne if loovens was fit, rest kayal and start juarez in right side midfield, rest hooper and give murphy/samaras if fit i run out, the game next week in league more important, wat point having big squad and not using them,

    forster

wilson mulgrew loovens ( IF FIT ) izzy

    juarez brown ledley lungberg

    stokes murphy/samaras

Same team as last night if possible. (injuries) Also hopefully the same kind of performance. If we play like we did vs Hearts we should have no problems.

If we can match the tempo of the last few matches the game is in the bag, a tempo set by Beram Kayal.

If he is playing and in the mood, we'll breeze it.

im sorry but why do people say rest players like kayal who is just back fully fit from injury he needs game time and this games isnt a walk in the park we need 2 strenghen the partnership of stokes and hooper as they look like they can become stars like sutton, larsson, hartson strike force we should b fielding our best 11 every game :S

Hope we go for the same formation vs Hearts. Clearly worked well. If we play to our best we should have no problems, but we have to be consistent and hit the same form again.

Why change the team from last week?

McCourt for LM and maybe Commons to come on as a sub :celt_2:

Then Ledley for Ljunberg and move brown to CM with Kayal.

Keep Mulgrew as a CB while Maj is out and see how he handles afew games, you never know maybe it could be his best position.

Ljungberg in for Forrest, apart from that I'd go with the same team.
