Ledley - Kayal - Crosas that would be quite a midfield tandem, I have always been disapointed that crosas doesnt get a good run, when he plays the odd game he is ok but when he plays a few weeks in a row he really starts to show his quality then he gets benched again, he was MOTM in the 0-0 draw against the huns last year

I think people are letting their heart rule their head here. Crosas has done zilch since he signed, has the heart of cheese.

It was a nice touch, i think most Celtic fans who follow him on twiter have appreciated his honesty and manners.

Id consider loaning him to a club in Scotland for the month of January, giving him a chance to demonstrate if he can cut it here, and to put him in the shop window. We can take him back at the end of the month and if its not gonna happen sell him to a club in a bigger league to get on with his career.
I think he has been tainted with getting his best run in probably our worst team in over a decade

I love Crosas, he's a genuine lovely guy who clearly loves our club, despite the fact he hardly gets a look in during matchdays. Seeing his twitter update says it all about him. Loved his reaction to Sammy's first goal at Ibrox too.

    Hope he plays on Sunday.

I noticed his celebration after the first goal as well. The guy is clearly a class act and not some ego centric pro like so many today. He hasn't played for a long time but there is no * and moaning. No complaints that the manager is this or that.
Hopefully he plays next weekend against Berwick although at this point it probably is best for his career if he moves back to La Liga. If that is the case he deserves a good send off against Berwick.

Opposite ends of the spectrum; Crosas - Ibrahimovic. He is exactly the kind of moaner that I hate and am glad Marc just gets on with it despite having been treated a bit shodily.

Definitely. The only time he's looked like maybe making it here was last season when he was paired with N'Guemo. That ship has sailed for him, he won't make it here.

He's a good man and his celebrations were class but he'll never be a regular in the first team unfortunately

Someone who doesn't shirk out of challenges and isn't afraid to get stuck in will suffice.

youve already got that with Kayal!!!
that should allow the ball playing midfielders ledley,ki,crosas, juarez whomever lenny picks, but you cant tell me that crosas dosent have
a touch of class about his general play?
looking back to the only real run he had with n'guemo he was cracking for us and has never really had another chance!!

i'd like to have seen lenny use the 2 cup competitions in the same way that wenger and fergie do, and give the other players those games come what may, regardless of the opposition.
and if they perform to a high standard in those games then give them a bash in the first team, its done wonders for ki and i dont think hes anymore talented that marc! after all as he himself said even at lyon who were a superb footballng side at that time he got regular games and was performing well!
he needs a fair crack of the whip!

But he's a better player than Donati was in my opinion. Better touch, better vision, better passing. The guy is a product of La Cantera for *'s sake! He was our best player while playing alongside N'Guemo last year for a spell.

I'm upset he doesn't play, but with Kayal and Ledley in there it's hard to complain.

Anybody see the photo Crosas retweeted the night, no sure how to get it up here, but it was Collum in a Rangers top holding a ball with Scotlands shame written on it, maybe someone else who seen it will be able to put it on here. He deleted it about half an hour after he put it up, quite funny tho, its caused quite a reaction:56::56:
