Christ, from some of these replies I wish he would've gone to the EPL and sat on a bench there instead of here. At least sitting on the bench of an EPL team is less embarrassing. If he's sitting on the bench for off field issues, then it's his fault. But stories that are known lies are b/s.

Juarez has not and never been linked with the tranny story. That has always been Carlos Salcido. Juarez has been linked to a bunch of girls that were friends of Gio Dos Santos

Signing players from Mexico,etc always has a risk too it. Different cultures, different ways of doing things. Juarez clearly isnt fitting in here.

Well he clearly stated he DID NOT want to play RB anywhere, so can to Celtic as he was "promised" a midfield shot....so this isn't going to make him any happier is it?

 

Juarez should be starting every week at RB or RM, he has shown he has the talent and like ki he just needs a good run in the team to show his full potential

Apparently Lennon was quoted the other day saying he is a player for the FUTURE. However I can't see him sticking around long when he's played in the world cup yet can't get in our first team. He's not been given a fair chance.

 

Like a few lads have said, unfortunately for juarez; the current regular midfielders have been on good form.

 

Hopefully it's just some settling issues.
Or, as Lenny has said, he's one for the future. He's still young and has stated he wants to stay and fight for his place.
I think he should get a run out against Berwick and Lenny should be asking him to show him what he can do.

 

A few people have written him off already, which is terrible.

If you consider the different lifestyle and culture of Scotland compared to Mexico, if you consider the difference between the Mexican Primera Division and the SPL - it's a massive change for Juarez.

Doesn't anyone consider that he's just struggling to settle in, like Ki was when he first arrived. It could be possible that Lennon is giving Juarez time to adapt to everything that's new to him, before throwing him into a style of football that he's not used to.

I hope there's nothing serious happened behind the closed doors because I think if Juarez eventually gets a run of games, he could go on to become a very good player for us.

Celtic fans are known for quickly judging players and branding them duds, claiming they weren't purchased by Lennon and claiming things like the transfer was just to gain exposure in a foreign country that the SPL hadn't dipped into - it's a pretty negative way of thinking.

Juarez hasn't really had a chance, please be fair and reserve judgement on him.

And on the question I'm pretty sure all the Celtic fans were complaining that the only reason Brown was in the team was because how much money we spent on him. Juarez plainly shows this is not true.

Players get in the team on merit. We've just skelpt the Huns, started to get a bit of momentum back and have generally being playing well this season.

He will be in the team if he deserves a place, if he doesn't deserve a place that's down to him because he is good enough.

 

well bhoys and ghirls, lennon has finally sheded some light on juarez, apparently he's hasnt been focused for a while in training (probs to do with mexico thing), but lennon has had a chat and he's doing better now, and IS in lenny's plans and WILL feature in coming weeks

Would explain a lot if his head just wasn't in the game for a while because from what I saw of him at WC and his first few games he looks a great player. imo this guy playing at his full potential for us alongside Kayal, Ledley and Ki we will destroy the SPL for the next few seasons.

If Juarez gets back to his best like he was during the summer, hows about that for a midfield, * solid. Obviously replace mulgrew with izzy(only put mulgrew there cos there wasnt a smiley for izzy) and forster for zaluska
