    Lean steak, chicken, tuna (any fish really), oats/oatcakes, peanuts (cashew nuts preferabley) peanut butter, brown bread, sweet potato, kidney beans and some pastas.

    Oh, and drink a * load of water daily (4 litres if not training, 6 litres minimum if you are training)

    Pasta, vegetables, fruit,chicken,cereal,milk and diet Irn Bru/Coke all work. As long as you burn enough calories compared to what you take in then you can eat well and lose weight

    you need to make a list of what you eat at present for starters

    pasta

    fish

    skinless chicken

    cut out the crisps and chocky's for breakfast

    heres the best tip ever and it really works ,stop eating pies lol ,seriously if you want to tone up lose weight get rid of fat on your waist ,eat apples throughout the day and apple cider vinegar capsuals completely natural ,if you drink tea with sugar ,dump the sugar and use sweetner ,and lose the white bread ,do that even without exercise you will lose weight, its working for me now after about 4 weeks ,lost fat round the waist ,can see the six pack coming back, lost a stone its that easy
