    Hes awful but I told everyone this when he was first linked, a few people who Im not going to name argued he was a useful striker and would do a decent job for us, the same people have said very little since on the subject :87:

    I have a season ticket with Sunderland had one for 5 years, he was really awful in his last 2 seasons for Sunderland, missing chances, not contributing anything and was eventually booed off the park by some of the Sunderland fans for his last few appearances for Sunderland.

    Nobody down here could believe we had actually recieved money for Murphy and I got alot of stick from my mates when he left.

    I was willing to give him another chance (even though I knew he was never gonig to make it and frequently posted my views on him) but has produced the same he did at Sunderland...* all :38:

    He is a championship player at best.

    This saddens me & at the same time makes me laugh, I wrote on this same forum 6 months ago, when we signed Murphy. I called him a 'Donkey' & a 'Waste of Space' & I was shot down for it !!!!!
    Why ? Cause Mr. Murphy is Irish & so he has to be be the next best thing since sliced bread !!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Hurts me to say this 'Told U so'.

    I dont see what makes Murphy a football player.
    First Touch - *
    Winning Headers or 50/50 balls - Can't
    Dribbling - C*nt canny move
    Shooting - Dunno cos he canny control the ball
    Pace - Slower than grampa weir

    I can't believe this guy has played more than 30seconds football for Celtic. Just an absaloute waste of a jersey, a plank of wood would be better cos then atleast we wouldn't waste time passin to the * eejit. He has got to go
