I think we do well against them with pace , i just hope that like in recent games against this mob we don't start punting balls randomly into the box because they eat that up all day.

I can't see a win but i am usually pessimistic going into OF games but if we stay strong at the back and as the game gets stretched late on the trickery of mccourt etc could just win it

 

Duno why ppl have freddy in there 1st 11 hes no played in about 3 month

tbh i wouldnt play young forrest, just think he wouldnt cope wit getting kicked about by the huns, just my opinion though. my team would be

A solid centre mid, Juarez who can attack and defend well. Creativity in Paddy and Freddie and Samaras will run to make space for the two of them

One thing I might do is have Ledley out left, Freddy out right, and Juarez beside Kayal.

 

Agree with you but the only thing that would worry me about that is are they both had enough 1st team action,,,if they had i would pick them all day long.

 

Is anyone else dreading the minutes silence? It only takes a couple of idiots to shout something then the rest trying to shut them up then the huns start booing and it turns into to an embarrassing rabble!

A minute silence is entirely appropriate and must be adhered to! So let's show them we're the best fans in the world and if a couple want to shout let them without trying to sssshhh them.

I don't think Juarez will play and I actually hope he doesn't! He's not played anywhere near enough football and it would be madness to throw him into an Old Firm game alongside Kayal who's played 30 mins of football in a few months, what a rusty midfield that would be! The last game Juarez played was probably against Rangers (although I'm not sure) and he was invisable! For me, the guy gets to much respect from fans when in truth he has done very little imo!

 

I think every team in the league this season has scored against the huns so they are vulnerable. We need a full 90mins of relentless application which we have failed to apply recently.
If our midfield and defence can stay on top of their game then we can do it, they are far from being unbeatable,this team of ours has to have belief,as the old cliche goes, form goes out the window on these occasions and I think we can substantiate that come Sunday.

 

i think we must play 451.id have stokes up front with paddy given a free role just behind.kayal sitting protecting the back 4 with ledley with forrest and lyndeberg wide.the wide men have huge burden tomorrow protecting the fullbacks and supporting the front men.i only worry about maybe not having enough height.if we move the ball then we will cause them all sorts of trouble but we need a huge team performance with everyone doing their jobs.time for ledley to show us all what weve been expecting and havent seen.also we must mix it with these * because thats their major game plan.hail hail
