Another reason why Motherwell wanted to deal with this whole thing in house but Liewell was for using it to split the celtic support.

Aye its Dens Park all over again and the celtic fans will get noised up this will create the headlines for Liewell, the police, the government so they can come out and say the new Act is needed.

It's nothing to do with whether any are thrown onto the pitch or not. The police and other official groups don't want pyro/flares at the games at all, period. You really think the flare incident at Motherwell would have been brushed over if that single flare wasn't thrown onto the pitch? Bullshit it would have.

Nothing seems to ever get reported or done about flares when other teams have them (as has been mentioned by other posters), yet as soon as our fans have them or one is thrown onto the pitch the police preach about how dangerous they are, they shouldn't be at matches at all and the media go on about it for days.

As usual though, one law for one club and another law for the others.

 

I'm referring to a few incidents outside rather than inside, I thought that was clear by my post so your either acting dumb for the sake of it or taking issue for the sake of it!

For the record Brentford inside was brilliant, not disputing that but a few * outside disgusted me and my point is I will never be an apologist for that type of behaviour irrespective of who they support,I suggest anyone that does is more the problem rather than anyone to listen to about 'solutions'

 

Well other than a few twitter rumours I haven't heard about any * going on outside the ground or anybody acting up. I certainly didn't witness any myself, I remember seeing a police van decked out in Celtic gear and the majority of people getting along fine. In any case you're basing your rant on the actions of a few out of about 6000 people. There's always gonna be the odd * in a crowd of that many.
