Why do the GB get the nod before me? Lawwell said in the statement 2 weeks ago he would keep all the supports informed, yet it seems only the GB have been tipped the wink.....All I have is the statement which says * all basically. The GB say they are happy with the discussions with Celtic enough to renew. This is from a point where they were 100% not renewing......so obviously they have been told we are voting no.

What happens to the poor folk who havent renewed and they lose their seat?

To say they sometimes get us bad press would be true, but it would also totally disregard all the great things they have done at Celtic Park since they were formed in 2006.

The atmosphere at most home games now is top class. Much better than it's been in a long time, probably dating back to the MON era, when we had some world class players at the club. They have to take mos t, if not all, of the credit for that and their ability to get everyone else joining in with the singing and chanting.

Personally, I'm a huge fan of the GB. Celtic Park would be a dire place without them most weeks, with the obvious exception of big European nights and games against the scum.

Agreed. They generate most if not all the atmosphere inside the stadium, and it helps the players put on a performance too.

I genuinely don't know of (or care) any bad press that has come as result of the actions of the Green Brigade.

The club got a bit of stick for their Poppy protest in 2010 and were forced to make an apology, if I remember correctly, but that's the only instance I can think of.

Is that right mate, I didn't know the club apologised.

Without opening up the whole debate again, I agreed with the protest and certainly never felt embarrassed about it. But everyones entitled to different opinions and views.

never felt so ashamed to be a celtic supporter in my life what an embarressment and disgrace.
however i do like the green brigade as an ultra group, celtic should put a standing area behind one of the goals and move the whole ultra scene there looks a bit * in the corner

This wasn't just their protest, there were celtic fans outside doing it with them too.
