    I reckon more than half the Celtic support is not catholic, maybe more if you include church attendance.
    All the Celtic fans i know are non religious.

    You do know celtic was founded in a church ? Also if there isnt a religous element within the celtic support, where are you getting all this sectarian stuff from? Infact, if you cant wear a pope suit in ibrox because its "sectarian", where can you wear it ?

    So what? There's still a few catholics and there is nothing wrong being proud of it.

    What's worse, dressing up as the pope or attack and stab other people because they have a different faith and support a different team, singing songs about killing them all, having * with their own inbred mother and having a general attitude from the 1490's?

    Somebody in the Celtic Family thought it was a good idea to turn up dressed up as the Pope.
    His thinking must be, if the the huns sing anti catholic bile then a good answer is to turn up in the highly charged atmosphere of the 40th anniversary of the ibrox disaster in a Pope costume.
    You couldn't make it up.
    And sadly a number of posters on here agree with him.
    Strange.

    Take the cops away and the guy is playing the leading role in the "Gangs of New York" film.
