why would celtic go to the expense of installing crash barriers to keep a group of protesting fans happy . the gb fight the club on every issue. why would the club even entertain the idea. "nae red sauce for ma pie , c'mon lads 200 o' us doon stairs for a protest".

People need to understand what Ultras do and mean, before posting nonscene.

Bored with them, they really seem to believe that everybody who doesn't adhere to their ideals of standing the whole match and singing throughout is less of a fan than them. I agree with them on several issues but to be honest if they stayed away for a few games in protest they would soon be forgotten.

Pathetic display by the GB last night. fair enough their raging about not getting the tickets but come on tae *, if yer gonna leave then do it, made me cringe when they came back.

YOU ARE NOT BIGGER THAN THE CLUB

There wouldn't be an atmosphere without them. Only reason there was an atmosphere was because the people next to them were singing, which was probably a knock on effect from having the Green Brigade usually singing there. The only time there is a peep from the crowd is when someone plays a back pass, loses the ball, or the ref does something wrong. In saying that, last night annoyed me a wee bit cause they should have been there to support the team. I don't know the full details, but surely the whole section didn't have to go. They still came back with no drum!

People think the the protest yesterday was over the ibrox tickets. It was over the green brigades stuff being stolen i.e. drum.

I think we need a big Ultra Group WITHOUT any political protests(a political statement is ok).You dumb * only make our clubs image bad,go to a demonstration before or after a game but not in the stadium!

I respect the athmosphere that came from the Green Brigade, but please no * stupid actions

i think it was because their drummer was gone. they walked out in protest and then gave in and came back, without their drummer.

Would love to have a singing/standing section with no politics.

I recon you could fill a whole tier behind one of the goals with this type of section. Songs belted out all game, and people enjoying it.

And the GB have got tickets for Ibrox now by the way.

last night was childish in my opinon, they walked out or moved to the side, only the team suffers regardless

a like the GB just cool it down a notch

anyway to solve the problem of standing, get everyone in that area to sign a legal document that if any body got injured due to standing it was not celtic's fault
and the fault of the standupee job done.............

correct me if i am wrong did they sing the theme tune of "DALLAS" the program last nght?

    * right. Especially as so many stand at the away games. I reckon if the club had a first come, first serve section, it would sell out quickly. The GB have definitely drummed up an interest in it.

The idea about the legal document being signed is a good idea. Means no-one can sue Celtic. They might think it would be the insurance company, but if a claim is made, Celtic's insurance will rise, and so will our season books.

But there was an atmoshere when they left and there would be one if they left for good. I am one of the ones who sings along with them, i have been in 110 since the stand was built and will still be there when the GB are broke up by Celtic, as this is what will happen if they persist with there childish attitude at celtic park.

That's only one game though. When they done the 20 mins silence against ICT there was hardly anything at all and it was like a library. I've noticed recently that either side of 111 is singing more. Was good to see them continue singing when they left.

That one game proves that there will still be an atmosphere if they are not there :50:
