I know we wont even look at O'connor and we probably dont NEED him but think about this. O'connor up front with VOH and Miller playing just off of them? They would win just about every ball and miller would score a power feeding off them. Am i right or i am i right??:84:

OK, so i'll take it as a big resounding NO then? lol

Well listen, the only thing that would make me hesitate if i was GS, is O'Connors attitude. Beattie and Magic? Beattie will never get a decent run in the team, or the bench for that matter. The boys got bags of talent, but its looking more and more likely he's ALWAYS going to have problems with his hamstring. It happens all the time, and not necessarily in football, that someone picks up an injury and it bothers them for what seems like the rest of their days.

Magic for me is not up to scratch mentally. He's a good goalscorer (in the SPL) when he's on form, but everyone here has witnessed the scope of his mental strength, in that following his extremely poor World Cup performances his confidence has been shattered. Where is he now? And when was the last time anyone saw him put in a decent shift, performance OR effort wise?

These are the reasons why i would consider going for O'Connor. He's a strong player, and will only get better with age and experience, IF his attitude is right.
