How long is the Tennants shirt sponsership for?

Who would you like to sponser the team shirt?

I would like to go it alone from the manky mob with something known all over the world, maybe without words, for instance like the "AUDI" circles logo.

 

As much as it pains me to say it, we'd get a much worse deal if we went solo. Who'd be daft enough to alienate themselves from half of Glasgow? JJB have suffered from sponsoring the huns.

 

Its a scottish product sponsering the team and we're marketing each other together, if yo can't see how that's good for everyone aswell as our identity then.... Or is it not pretty looking for you?

i liked it when we had umbro as the sponsor as it just really looked like part of the kit. a similar deal with nike would look cool

 

I really got used to the Carling logo but my favourite was the Umbro sponsirship.

 

I'm happy with the Tennents sponsor, also I think we should always have the same sponsor as the scum because of what happened with JJB(jobby jabbing *)

 

its a sponsor and a global bransd is not gonna sponsor a teram that dioesnae get into euroupe

 

apple would be cool,loving the addidas strips but dought wed get it as i think it would desturb the hoops..

 

we'll never go it alone. we just sold our souls the last two years to stop them going under, there's no chance of a split now. they owe us big time.

 

How much is it worth, the Tennent's sponsorship?

 

We should be doing the same as barca and paying a charity to put their name on our shirt

 

Supposedly £1.5m a year for 3 years.

Funnily enough was reading about Porto's finances (similar sized club in similar backwater league) and they get closer to £3m a year for their shirt sponsorship.

(Top teams in the world get round about £20m a year)

 

I personally think that we need a sponsor that is a global name. Tennents is Scottish and only Scottish people drink (why I dont know. It's like drinking fart in a can).
A more globally known product for a sponsor is a must imo. Afterall, we are one of the most supported clubs in the world.

barca have just signed a £125million sponsership deal with qatar foundation

 

We should be getting a deal like that then

 

Doubt if they * would do the same for us.

 

Always takes a bit of time to get sed to the new sponsor.I did like the Carling one though.As long as our shirts dont start looking like the ones abroad with all the sponsors on them i dont care.
