Tevez quits Man City?

Yeah. You can't help but feel Tevez gets some very bad advice from the people around him.

If, as he says, this is all about how happy he is when he does move he should ensure he gives his signing on fee to charity, and that his agent does the same with his 10 per cent or whatever it is he gets. I suppose it might not be about money, as this football blog claims he turned down £2.5 million to stay (although he may get more elsewhere).

It all seems a bit odd, not least because he doesn't seem to speak enough English to fall out with anyone.

He comes across as very stubborn, moody and petulant. It's also probable that he's a big attention seeker, constantly creating and needing controversy in order to feel noticed and validated.

Much as I'd like to set the little * on fire right now, that is a ridiculous statement. He has played the best football of his career in a City shirt.

He has never given anything other than 100% when on the field and the only ever indications that he was unhappy have come off the field, or when being substituted off it.

At the end of the day, no man is bigger than a club. I'd try to keep him till the end of the season and then let him go. It's not as if we haven't go the money to replace him, but whether there is a player of his equal ability to tajke his place, I very much doubt
