Why can we have no consistency in the starting XI? Hoovield in this week, wont be next week. Wilson plays for 2 weeks, goes a wander for 2. McGinn drops in, the out. Stokes goes in, then hes out. McCourt aswell.

Am i the only one that thinks we should nail down our best 11 then leave it to see if the same players can get a result? AND a * formation! Sick of seeing a different one each week.

I agree to much chopping and changing. Lenny needs to sort out his best starting 11 because the team will never settle with all the changing.

Yeah i see what you mean about muprhy, I am a fan of his but i really like the look of stokes this season! His touch, link up play and finish have been sublime so far! And wilson hasn't put one foot wrong this whole season! (Dont quote me on that)

Regarding injuries, i used to think that but these injuries have just dragged on forever!!

Think that is the problem with a manager who has a contract for only 1 year!! That means that he cannot make time to gell a team. He has to have results every time. One bad week/ game and he is gonna change things hopefully to have a better result next game......
Only don't know why he is changing things when things look better some game(s). So, why change the team after Aberdeen?? Realy don't know and really don't understand.

I back Lenny 100%, but hes inexperience really does shine through, and it is costing us. And apparently his half time talks have been * poor of late, far too relaxed and if this is true then i wouldnt be surprised. Our second half performances have just been woeful of late

The team we put out against Aberdeen had a huge threat wi loads of movement. Okay they were rotten but we took them apart and we haven`t started that team since. I like Lennon, his enthusiasm and will to win is first class but I think like everybody would like to see some consistency in the team. Ok we have a few players out injured but the players that are here now have been available most weeks during that time but seem to drift in and out of the team as well as positions/formations.
The huns virtually have 11 to pick from and the consistency they show through having to stick to that shows that this works. The injured players will be fighting for places again soon and this will mean more changes
