That was nervous laughter from Andy Walker after Eddie made the point that so many ex Celtic men are far too willing to put the boot into the club in exchange for their 30 pieces of silver. A wee bit of guilt from Walker me thinks as he's one of the worst culprits.

Alsybhoy, I think the guys name is Bobby Tait, although "Billy" may be more apt.....I have heard numerous stories of him turning up at Rangers supporter's functions and coming away with all sorts - e.g. He's came out and boasted that Celtic never ever won a derby game when he was the ref.

    It's disgraceful.

U just need 2 look at the names of Ref's to know that they are protestant and therefore, probably rangers supprters. Willie McDonald, Hugh Dallas, Bobby Tait, Kenny Clark etc etc...how come u never get Sean McFagan or Patrick O Donnell, imagine that? There would be uproar!! Its always like William Billy Bill McBillyboy from Larkhall is the referee! The only person with a vagely sounding catholic name was Mike Curry (Michael) and he had a full page the next few days after a dodgy rangers call all about he was a reverend which was really code for, look, im no a tim.

Anyone that feels the need to call in to one of these things should be immediately banned from doing so.

Awash with neds and brain dead, yet the presenters always seem surprised that practically everyone that calls is a complete *.

I avoid the lot of them.

i dont see the point in why people phone into these shows to keep the presenters happy:87:, 95% of the Superscoreboard team are all huns anyway especially their not so neutral presenter DelaHUNt. they should call it the Rangers Fans Phone-In cos o how many Huns present the show.:38:

am I right in saying that he's been disciplined for given Celtic a penalty in the first place, McDonald a * louse bag making out that it was the linesmans decision when really it was his, thats why craven resigned owe the guy a big apology. Why the * did he have to questioned the decision in the first place after all Craven had agreed with him thats why he went to the corner flag, I still to this day say it was two stonewall penaltys I know he got a touch on the ball but his touch was insignificant means now every player that goes by Forster its ok to bring him done as long as the ball grazed your finger on the way past, oh I forgot hes the Celtic goalie he'll be sent off.

Absolutely fantastic call. Every point well made. An intelligent man who backs up his points with fact. I think its disgusting how the presenter dismisses the call at the end.

Something has to be done about this as it is only getting worse.

I know about 12 coaches and 6 of them are catholic and 6 of them are protestant and i can tell you not one of them got a job with the sfa after applying and 6 of the protestant boys i know now work with the sfa, i myself have applied having the same qualifications as all the people who applied, im not saying its deffinetly because they are catholic but on the forum for the coaching job a while back it clearly stated religious beliefs?... thats all im sayin

Spot on young man - if we complain we are 'paranoid' and if we don't well it's an 'honest mistake'.

The only way this will be resolved is if they bring in a Foreign Ref to officiate - But those bams wont do that because (a) it undermines their refs and (b) it would put their establishment under the cosh.

But on the other side if we did that then I'm sure there would be even more interest in the 2 team league that it basically is ie Rangers and Celtic would get more coverage because every game would be more "European".

I actually don't think Eddie did us any favours here. He started off great and then went off topic. What nonsense is you spouting he was asked and he goes on to say a mixture. They made him sound like a bigot and he took the bait.

He should have challenged him with his line of questioning. We all know the score, but we have to be careful who the spokesman is going to be in these situations as we all know it will be used against us when we go on to fight it.

You can't win on these call in's - they only let you hear what you want to hear.

I dont buy any papers or add any money to their comments - I stopped doing that years ago.

That should be made illegal imo. Or at least changed to Christian or Muslim or whatever. There are not too many reasons why it would be relevant in respect to being a football coach.

Despite what anyone says, a lot of what the caller says is very true. Hes obviously very angry and frustrated, like a lot of us are. Im glad he has gave them a piece of his mind regardless of how well they took it, fair play to him :50:.
