    Yellow finger tips, bad breath, give you much bigger chance of getting different types of cancer including throat and lung, cost loads of money :38:

    I tried it when I was little, didn't like it never had any intention of doing it again, I understand though how people get addicted and its incredibly difficult to pack them in.

    dont smoke, never will smoke, hate every aspect of it. i feel sick when i am around someone who is smoking. i cough loudly when i walk past them to * them off.

    No I'm not trying to quit or anything. I've smoked for years but apart from when I'm out at the pub I've never really felt the urge to smoke more than 6 or 7 a day. I have a * when I want one(after eating, with a cup of tea etc) and just leave it at that. If I smoked 20 a day I wouldn't enjoy it anymore I don't think, by only smoking 6 or 7 a day I pick my moments and just have one when I really feel like one.

    I could give up smoking tomorrow no bother apart from when I go out to the pub, I always feel the urge to have a few then.

    Off them 12 weeks.

    * of a habit.
    Id never ridicule smokers,everyone is entitled to smoke if they want,it is a drug and a very addictive one,but i feel better for not smoking.

    Everyone is different i suppose! I wouldnt be able to control myself for only 6 or 7 it was always 20 or as much as i could get. I would smoke even with a sore throat it was manky and im glad im off them! but I'd say your right if you can control the habit youll enjoy them more.
