Don't take any drastic actions, sleep on it and see how you feel in the morning.

Im pretty sure you have fallen asleep by now but are you sleeping alot during the day ? (turning night into day) Your body will feel lively and awake at night time through to the early hours of the morning and during the day you will be exhausted and need sleep , I normally always do it during a holiday it's a pain in the *. So don't lie in that much and get to sleep not as late.

I'd imagine getting off the computer would help for starters.

feel sorry for yi mate, had this myself a good few times over the past years. your GP should be able to supply with you with non-drowzy sleeping tablets. they work amazing and you don't feel like crap in the morning either. i'd say give them a go.

Don't go on any form of technology (ie. TC), and read a bit of a book.

    You'll be asleep in minutes.

    (works for me anyway)
