Can't sleep, any suggestions?

Really really want to go to sleep but I can't help please!

 

is it insomnia or just cant sleep tonight?

milk and biscuits. mabe hot chocolate. sometimes a bit of music helps me. no motorhead though.

I wouldn't call it insomnia, although, it does happen quite a lot.

One of the things I often do is stick on a movie that I've seen like a hundred times, something you dont need to pay any attention to, that you almost know virtually every line of the dialogue & then you can just drift....

 

I've tried that before, I always stay up and watch the film, even if I've seen it 90000 times haha

haha! Yeah, that can be a downside... I must've watched 'Star Wars' * only knows how many times as a kid, but have put it on to fall asleep to so many times now, that I struggle to stay awake all the way through it, no matter how much I want to.

I usually put the simpsons on but always stay up to watch it haha

 

i always put on an audiobook, lights off and at some point i just fall asleep...didnt work once, the story was just too addictive...was listening for "a while" and opend my eyes again the sun was up again and the birds were singing outside, that was red dragon i believe, that hannibal story!

 

I get this sometimes. Don't eat any high energy foods after 9pm and drink milk or water as someone said instead of coffee
