Anyone have any superstitions before watching a Celtic match ?

I have one still going at the minute
It was the night in Braga in the 3-0 defeat. I had changed my Cheryl cole calender to August was a bit late as well i blamed this on the defeat so from now until today the calender has not been touched and look what's happening :icon_mrgreen: we've been winning.

 

lol i dont really have 1 just i sit on the edge of the sofa and my dad neals down during oldfirm games

 

there was me thinking lennon was doing a great job only to find out all our hopes are pinned on cheryl cole's tactical guiniess

 

Don't have one during games, but I do have a Celtic-related superstition. When I am travelling, I always take 2 Celtic shirts - wear an away one when flying out & wear the Hoops when flying home.

 

not really superstition but when i watch games on the tv i sit on the same seat always and i don't drink or eat during the game

 

I have to shout " come on celtic!" and clap once at the start of the game and when the second half starts

 

my gran also rubs her hands together and lights a candle for games she not done it every game just some when we remind her and weve always won apart from the 1-1 draw wae the scum last year as she only lit the candle and didnt rub her hands

 

when we have to defend a corner i say "get it out Celtic, get it out" ifanyone says it i need to say "get it out Celtic" and if someone says it again i say "get it out" and so on

 

i've got a kind of superstition...celtic havent won the league since i last bought a celtic top in the 3IAR year; still havent got this years either!!!

 

wet the whistle by sinking as many cans as possible . Thats my superstition.

 

a beer before 7am is usually what i do! then a couple of rebel tuns to lighten the mood.

 

Every time I have a chug before a game we always lose.

 

The games are on early in the morning for me.. I usually start the game off with a hot cup of coffee. (And an aspirin or two if it's a real good Saturday morning)

 

I try to never miss a minute of the full match.

 

ha ha. When I was young, before every Old Firm game I always laid out my clothes the night before the game. Always made sure that no part of my clothing had blue in it. Even used to wear black jeans.
Always put this down to being young and mad....but to this day, I'll still not wear any blue to the Old Firm games.

 

I sat in the Main Stand for 10 years and always went through thr turnstile that was on the right hand side. I recently relocated to Jock Stein Stand so I can't do that one anymore.

 

There was one strange period where I had arrived at Celtic Park late about 3 or 4 games on the trot, and every time just as I arrived we scored.

One week it was just as I was sitting down, the next week just as I got to the top of the stairs, week after that I saw the goal on the monitor on the landing etc.

So obviously there was increasing pressure put on me not to arrive before the kick off.

 

I'll try and help us win the title by not chugging on matchdays

 

I don't wear the bumble bee strip anymore.
