Don't think Hooper's done nearly enough to start in front of Forrest or Maloney. If we're playing with Sammy on left mid, I think it should be one up front. And since I'm not convinced by Wilson at RB, and Hinkel is still injured, I'd go

    Forster

    Juarez-----Majstorovic------Hooiveld--------Emilio

    Kayal---------Ledley

    Forrest----------Maloney--------Samaras

    Stokes

Subs - Zaluska, Cha, Rogne, Ki, Crosas, McCourt, Hooper

As bad as the tackle was, I think it's safe to chalk it up as clumsiness rather than pure aggression or viciousness. Until we start seeing him do it regularly (ala Elbows McCulloch) I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

As for Juarez - there's been quite a bit of discussion on other threads about that.

Fair play, i may have been a bit quick to condemn, escpecially as the video quality i seen was a bit blurry. And the Juarez think just popped into my head and i'm quite new to the forum, not seen the other discussion on it, will try and find it

He was good as was the whole team really. Although he did miss an absolute sitter in the first half. But in general he was full of running passed the ball well and was involved in quite a few very good attacking moves. For me I still think if we are at full strength he is our best option to start at right back rather then in midfield.

I have to say with Ki's tackle (i'm not condoning it btw) that despite how bad it wasn't malicious on purpose he just wasn't quick enough to react and get to the player before the ICT player managed to get rid of the ball and TBH I think the ref knew he had made a mistake also as later on he only gave a yellow to their keeper to maybe try and make it even with two red worthy challanges rewarded with a yellow instead.

With Juarez I wouldn't go as far as to say he was behaving like a rangers player, it's more a continental with players out side of British origin playing like that (again don't condone it though).

Depending on how bad injuries are with Hooper and Emilio I would keep the same team for Hibs with maybe Cha replacing Wilson, as what ever Lenny got the team to do worked really well last night and if there is one reason why I THINK it may have worked so well is that if a team play with 4 at the back and they come up against 3 players (Sammy, Hooper and Stokes) who have about 50 goals or more in them together surely you'd be thinking whether your the manager trying to arrange his team or if your player on the pitch, who the * do you mark out of the game? as normally that would require that player being doubled up on which would I assume would leave space for the other two and maybe even Juarez to run into and get the goals in a way that happened last night.

More then happy with the result, ICT are usally a team who cause us all sorts annoying problems but it seems since we played them at the opener with already improved a bit more and showed what we can do.

Faultless performance, we have so many attacking options now, Sammy was superb as were the whole team.

Dont agree at all. No Maloney is our strongest team? In my opinion he has been the brightest spark in our team this year. No Forrest even on the bench? Samaras had one good game and he's in that team? I would go as far as to say that Maloney and Forrest have both done more to justify their selection than Juraez.

first time ive left parkhead in a while with a smile! even the biblical rain couldnt dampen me and my mates spirits! first ive seen of the green brigade, their numbers certainly are swelling and they do generate a great atmos even if the Up The Ra bit during the celtic symphony will be frowned upon by many; still, next time i manage to get to paradise think ill try get seats near there!

I didnt manage to go but was checking the score all night and from what ive been told it was a brilliant performace from everyone in the hoops and it seemed that that was the game everyone just clicked so i hope they can put on a repeat performance on saturday against hibs,i also dont think its a coincedence we played that well with brown out the team, imo he holds the team back when hes involved and whens hes not playing we play some great stuff. Great to see all our strikers scoring last night aswell. Have to say aswell that although ive been a fan of him since he came, ledleys passing is getting better and better, that ball he gave sammy for his second goal was fantastic. To the huns and all other spl teams, watch out theres nowhere to hide.

Howler of a tackle aside, I'm glad Ki got a chance and showed what he can do, it'll be a bit * if he doesn't get more game time after this, and I'm really not meaning to have a dig a Brown but he shouldn't be able to just walk back into the team once he's fit again, even if he is captain, apart from energy all our CM's have something more to offer than he does, he should have to fight and get back in on merit like any other player.

aye ki's tackle was a red imo; not malicious but very dangerous and late though i guess the ict goalie should have seen red too; other than that ki was very impressive!:50:

    Thanks a lot mate!

Having seen him a lot at RB in Pumas, and at midfield with the National team, he plays a lot better in midfield. But maybe you're right, and Celtic has better players in midfield.

Agree although his early tracking back for that early block was great from him, if anything if there is another game that comes up that allows us to tinkle with a few things I would love to see Ki and Juarez do a role reversal and let Ki do the attack while Juarez is the deeper player, albeit apart from that sitter Juarez missed i'm liking the way he always seems to find space in the box it's uncanny but I would still like to see Ki further up the pitch getting into the box like he did against Arsenal and pop a few shots in at goal.

That really is good news. I was really worried when I saw him limping off so early in the game.

Mulgrew was good when he came on but then again, he had no defending to do.
