The most decent hun that I know is a turncoat Celtic fan. He wanted to * off his dad who is a bit a * so started supporting the orcs.

Apart from that most of them are rockets.

In my experience any huns ive ever seen in scotland are the usual clueless bigots but IMO irish huns are on a whole other level probably the sickest scum ive ever encounterd in my life.

In fairness to the guy that I know he would not get Novo printed and does not sing the songs. He does not like most huns and finds them an embarrassment. His dad was a bit of a drinker and did not treat his mum well so he went against everything his dad stood for. Nothing would make me turn my back on Celtic, but at least he was not glory hunting.

suppose that's fair enough if you had to go through that. You would hate everything you're dad and everything he stood for

My friend is a Rangers fan, and he's alright he just gives me the odd banter and so on.

But sometimes it can get a bit too much and he * me off.

I just have to try and stay calm.

Id say about 1 in every 1000 is semi decent.

So at a huns home game, the is approximatley 40 semi decent ones.
    Sounds about right.

There are decent Rangers fans out there, not all are barbaric Huns and it would be narrow minded to think otherwise.

In relative terms you could probably find thousands of decent Rangers fans. However, that doesn’t mean the vicious element of their support is simply a ‘minority’

55% of Rangers fans could be decent people… the remaining 45% could be rancid sectarian thugs. That’s still a pretty significant percentage.

I don’t buy into this myth that we are as ‘bad as each other’ and neither does Graham Spiers. (who is a Rangers fan)

When it comes to bigotry, racism and general lowlife behaviour they are in a league of their own.

Unsavoury episodes in recent years have proved as much:

In Pamplona, they were fined for bigoted chanting.

In Osasuna they were fined for fighting with the police.

In Manchester, they raped and savaged their way through the entire city.

In Bucharest (just last season in the CL) they were rioting in the stands.

There is no comparison. If you delve further into history you’ll find many more examples of their shameful conduct.

All football clubs have a segment of hooligans who follow them, and we are no different. There’s no point lying about it. However, our ‘element’ is ridiculously tiny. Incidents involving Celtic fans (if any) are in the tens or dozens.

Incident involving Huns, are in the thousands. Their ‘element’ is huge, and that’s partly down to the fact, their club exploited and embraced the sectarian sub culture that existed within Scottish society to benefit their own growth.

I can honestly say I don't have one hun in my phone book. It may just be coincidence, but it's true.

Of course there are some decent fans. A busload of huns on their way back from the UEFA cup final in 2008 stopped at Celtic Park to lay down all their scarves and flags following Tommy Burns' death, now that takes some class! :50:

    I'm the exact same.

My three closest mates (for 30+ years) are Rangers fans and have never said anything offensive to me or would let anyone else. I know a lot of huns who know what I am and have never disrespected me,its just the way we are. Played fives in the past with them and sometimes I was the only one with a Celtic strip on. :celt_2:

In the opposite corner most of the bigoted knuckle dragging monkey huns I have came across have been at work. :38:

Years ago I had the misfortune to go out with a hun, lazy cow she was, wanted run everywhere no matter how near, would'nt walk anywhere but put a * flute band in front of her and the * would walk for miles. :31:

You can't generalise any group, not even Rangers fans. Yes there is an obvious large section of them that are anti-celtic and anti.... whatever but it's unfair to say they're all the same way when they aren't.

Thats why i hate when people say "rangers and Celtic are as bad as each other" its misinformed assumed opinion that we act as much like scumbags as them * me off! i know the scumbags in our support iv encountered a few but the rangers lot are * useless * who shouldnt be aloud discuss football (like they could without mentioning some religion stuff).

My closest friends are ranjurs fans....and I would trust them with my life. Wehn we are together we talk "football" because thats what we are all interested in....religion NEVER comes in to it....and neither it should.

I choose my friends for their honesty, integrity, dignity and character. Not on what team they support or what primary school they went to.

I dont like ranjurs football club....I hated what they stood for....and I will always hate ranjurs football club....but I wont tar all their supporters with the same brush. Yes, they have a scum element within their ranks....but they are not my friends and never will be!

Living down south, its great to find anyone who even knows anything about scottish football. My old humanities teacher was a rangers fan, was a good guy though, every lesson we'd spend 30 minutes discussing random bits of scottish football, favourite players, and what was going wrong with Celtic (was last season). He never really made a big thing about a rangers victory, maybe just the occasional point, but never tried rubbing it in. One time for essay practice he made us write an essay about who was better Celtic or Rangers. He's left now, which is a shame as it was good fun banter, and would be good to talk about this season now we're good.

ano this is a bit off topic but still,in ma work we have an equal split of both celtic /rangers ,catholic /protestant ,but a found this quite strange about the rangers fans ,we would all come in to work and get ready ,celtic fans would leave the morning paper out for any1 to read ,the gers fans would tuck theirs away in their jackets, thought it was a catholic protestant thing but as there are protestant celtic fans a wondered if they do the same .

Some of my best mates are 'huns', it doesn't bother me.
