stay away from studio for a start, its one of those places you see on police tv shows and they even have metal detectors.

I like the cellars on sauchiehall street, closes at 12 but its ok, usualy open mic.
glasgows pretty dire for clubs, you've either got the poncy student places like sleazys or the metal detector ones like studio.

what kind of music do you listen to?

West End is good place to avoid any hassle, or least thats what its been like when I`ve been there. Ashton Lane and a few pubs on byres road.

Go to campus up the back of sauchiehall street first nice drink nice burds no trouble then take urself to the garage further up the street if you like your indie. You could also spend a nyt in the merchant city just beside the gallowgate pubs plenty of cool bars trouble free and thers a nightclub those are the two places i would go to, avoid anywer else like the plague lol.

Start off in ashton lane in the west end. Youve got Jinty McGintys, Vodka Wodka and Brel (all have nice beer gardens)

If its indie music your into youve got firewater, Capitol & nice n sleazys. If you fancy studenty places youve got the garage and campus. Have a good one mate

Glasgows clubs are pretty crap to be honest.

Your best bet is probably somewhere like Classic Grand.

Avoid Garage, Play, Tunnel, Silver and Jumpin Jaks like the plague. :50:

If you're after a proper club go to The Arches, I think it's opened back up now?
