yes, because we can try and go out to win the leauge with no mid week games and play less games than the filth

no. cause the filth get more money because of it, and we lost a * load of money again and we will not be able to spend more money on our side to make them alot more better....

always pro's and con's let's see whats gona happen at the end of the season, i will support us and back the manager but not in blind faith thier has been many mistakes this season and thats down to the management at celtic, i just hope we turn it around in the SPL

so lets get behind lennon and the team and if they fail then we can ask about things at the end of the season, but if they do fail then remember we will have less money because of not being in europe.....

they gelled ok in the 1st leg i can see the bigger picture we need to win the league but you cant expect any better next season in europe if the players dont have any experience of playing in it

Sometimes you have to spend a bit to earn a bit ,it seems that Celtic are well run and are not carrying a heavy debt ,agreed ,

To late this season but if Celtic want to move with the times and get themselves back up there playing in the big cups they need to spend a lot more than what there doing .

Its ok saying if you win the League your in the Champs but i dont think thats the case next season ,correct me if im wrong someone, but at present Celtic cant get by qualifiers so really what chance do they really have in making a mark in the competition .

Celtic need to get away from this great book-keeping and look at the bigger picture ,if it takes them 20 million to buy better players to get into these cups then so be it ,through time they will re-coup the money through the earnings that these cups pay ,ticket sales and full-houses again every week at Parkhead ,no its not as easy as that i know but something drastic has to happen very quickly or Celtic will be forgotten about in Europe altogether ,its bad just now but it could get a lot worse.

we must be the only club in britain with 2 billionaires on the board and we have a transfer budget of 7 million a season ,all this bullshit of the board backing lennon if you look at the players we have brought in some are on free transfers and loan signings with hooper and juarez only the so called big transfer fees over 2 million, i think if we dont win the league this year then the board members need to take a good look at themselves as they have appointed mowbray and neil lennon and can see the day soon that alot of supporters will vote with their feet and the team will be playing in front of a half empty stadium .:54:

We have raked in about £20M in transfer monies under Lennon, that not only balanced the books but will make up for the CL and Europa shortfall. We might sell even more players in December. With the signings we have made it might be enough to win the league, and we really do need to win it. Failure is not an option.

Out of the Scottish cup to Ross county
Failed to qualify for the champions league
Failed to qualify for the Europa cup
Blessing in disguise - I don't think so

Winning the premier league is a two horse race between us and rangers. If we are satisfied with this we are sadly lacking ambition.

Waited 24 hours to post but still really * off.

Best we can hope for is winning a cup and the league, and hope Lenny becomes Successful,

Hopefully we have a bunch of quality players here, so If Lennon can spend a season with them and they prove to be good then all the better, means lennon can instill what he wants them to believe and play how he wants them to play, then next season hopefully we will have built a spine and can focus on bringing in a few quality players as opposed to a whole team, then we can hope for something better in europe,

    our only chance now anyway

The problem is Lennon he's not up to the task getting * 4 - 0 when we where 2 - 0 up is a * disgrace. It starting to look like as soon as we go a goal down Lennon doesnt have a * clue how to respond. Does anybody seriously think Lennon will turn into a great manager? Scottish football is at its lowest standard ever. * am I depressed.

We have came back from a goal down a few times with lennon, one thing we were unable to do with mowbray, we did it against braga as well, wel see how he does in the SPL, Just need to find a way to play away from home

I fail to see any blessing in disguise about last nights fiasco. We have just been dumped out of Europe as early as we possibility could be. Not a good thing and it's even worse as we deserve to be out this early.
