    i would take him in a heartbeat, top player and 10 times the player sammy is.. Maybe we will see less of this samaras clown if utaka did come

    think utaka would be more a like for like replacement for fortune tbh maybe a slightly better version of fortune so i don't know what to make of him really.

    if there is truth in it and he were to sign aslong as wages all cool then he'd be no more of a risk then murphy as either have not really lit up the EPL but who's to say given the chance they could set the spl on fire?

    Agreed. Utaka could not hold down a starting place in the relegation fodder that were Portsmouth last season.

    Lennon has mentioned about adding 'quality' to the side. Utaka does not fit that criteria.

    no comparison can be made between Fortune and Utaka completely different players, they ar eboth forwards thats the only similarity, think he's been at Portsmouth 3yrs now and done nothing, he's got pace and that's it, would not be happy to see im at CP he is not Celtic class

    Im not sure Celtic could afford his wages anyway, another reason Portsmouth are getting rid of him.

    But if it somehow happened we would be getting a player who would run at teams through the middle and get into the box unlike a couple of our forwards.

    I am a portsmouth fan and I can say that this guy is overrated he was make 100,000 pounds a week to do * all on the bench, tha being said when he does play well he is a great player and would tear the SPL apart but that is only if you can get him to concentrate and keep his form up
