It's normal for Irish folk to support 2 teams, hence why he claimed to be a Liverpool fan as well as Celtic. Most have one Scottish(Celtic) and one English( Man UTd, Liverpool, Arsenal etc)

 

I want him to sign.

If he can deliver us the title and then get us into the Champions League next season and the 12 million that comes with that rather than the poultry 1.5 million that comes with the Europa League then I cant see the problem with spending 5-6 million on a proven top notch striker ( ok he is not as good as he wasbut he stood out a mile last time and this time he has better players around him). Roll on Tuesday and get an end to every tom * and Harry coming to CP, the board know who the fans want and I am sure they are doing everything they can to get Robbie.

Why are we still dragging ourselves through this 'Keane for saviour' scenario? My honest opinion is, especially after last night, any chance however slim it was, is now dead in the water with regards to him ever signing for us again and the sooner we all accept it and move on, the clearer we'll be able to think again.

 

the point being he could have been here sooner which would then have given us a captain and a proven goalscorer !
