    Have Celtic ever even shelled out 2 million for a goalie. OK a world class goalie is worth a lot of points and also probably crucial in Europe. But 4 million sounds more than I can imagine us paying.

    he's a good keeper saved depor a good few times last season due to their defence being pish but can't see celtic paying this kind of money for a keeper a striker maybe but not a keeper

    i agree just needs time to find his feet then he will be back to normal. Just the same as a striker needs time to get his first goal. Tink zaluska is getting better with each game

    If we're willing to spend that much on a keeper we should be going for Enyeama, a good age (27), one year left on his contract and wants to leave. Got the same agent as Kayal which would probably help get a deal done as well.

    As long as he does the job, i don't care. Most Spanish keepers have a good pedigree, so the omens could be good. £4million isn't too much to pay if he is going to save us points, would rather pay for the quality.

    i dont think its gonna be aranzubia cause all rumours came from the spanish site of an newspaper. But on deportivos homepage stands that celtic has not make an bid or an deal about aranzubia... but i hope he came.

    Given,Aranzubia or some other excellent keeper would be good but PLS not that newcastle guy...

    Having seen him play in some Deportivo La Coruña matches I can say Aranzubia is a superb shot stopper, but he sometimes makes silly mistakes. Wouldn't be the perfect keeper, but I'd be delighted with him.
