    Pearson gone

My sources tell me that he will become a Derby player within the next 24 hours. Thoughts?

im not really worried as long a we get a few quid for him as the money could be put to good use as in transfer money to buy a defender !

I think its about time Pearson was released. Ive always been of the opinion that he could do a job for us but he never seems to get a decent chance. Also the fact we have a strong midfield without him means he wouldnt really be missed.

I wish him all the bast and hope he fulfils his potential :shamrock:

We are loosing Pearson yet another midfielder gone that can do a job. This moves Lennon closer to playing after Petrov goes, gutted! We need to be signing more quality players as our squad has no strength & dept. Defense is crap outside of Wilson who is class, we have Magic up front(thats it) & Our midfield is our only strong position & we are selling Pearson & Petrov so we can play NIEL LENNON the slowest player in World football. ( JOKE)!:31:

you have to be given a chance to prove what you can do,and pearson hasn't under GS,although when he did come on he's looked good last season

I like Peason don't get me wrong, but he needs to balance himself out.But I would definately play him before I'd play Telfer, and I don't really wan't to see him go.Peason has potential.

personally I think this is yet further proof of strachans judgement failures ...he (pearson) was at the very least proven experienced back up ...considering some of the rubbish strachan has brought in pearson was a reasonable player who we will be poorer without

Good luck to the man, another 600,000 pounds for the misers at Celtic Park to hoard.
We might not win anything this season, but we will be a richer team money wise of course.
Wonder how high we will go in the richest clubs standings at the end of this season?

getting rid of pearson and keeping lennon what a * joke, in my opinoin pearson has never really had a chance at CP , Lennon ok he,s been a good servant to the club, but even the servants have to go at some point and its time up for neil and half of the other haz beans that are there, GET RID OF THEM NOW!!!

Selling Pearson for 600k is terrible business. We should and could have got more.

    He featured against hearts

a decision which looks strange if he is allowed to leave & we have even less experienced players from the reserves & kids to fall back on

which by knowing strachans way of doind this ,he'll be off on loan shortly

On the backup side of things I would have kept him at CP (although I don't believe he's a first team player)

On the other hand , he's (WGS) is slowly dwindling the side down to the bare bones (bearing in mind the CL starts in 4 weeks )

I can't see the logic in all this !!:31:

Then again I say that every August !:fear:
