    There was a piece on St Pauli on Football Focus today. Had some great footage from the game against Hunburg. Few Tims there with banners:bbpd:

    I guess it will be up on BBC Iplayer now for people that missed it ;)

    St Pauli sittin pretty now inside the top half of the table :50:.. The bundesliga for me is the best league in the world.. Great attacking football, end to end, crazy results, excellent atmospheres.. I mean where did Mainz come from? they are 7 out of 7 just now sitting top.

    What do Germans love? Beer, sausages, and football. So how do you get more fans to your games? If you're FC St Pauli, you give them a personal beer pump and a mini train set carrying hot dogs.

    German club FC St Pauli's new offering - a hot dog train (CEN)
    The ultimate in fast food innovations, St Pauli have installed the model railway to serve supporters in their VIP section with freshly cooked sausages throughout the game.
    The train runs every five minutes direct from the club kitchens to the VIP section - and is topped up with fresh porkers throughout each home match.
    There's nothing better to wash down those dogs than a good pitcher of beer - so what could be more appropriate than individual pumps for each seat, AND a built-in flat screen TV for action replays?
    Designer Mathias Mueller-Using described the upgrade as 'a tribute to the club we love and its very special fans'.
    The Hamburg club's bosses - who have installed the new devices to celebrate their return to the Bundesliga this season -

    well all boenheads used this chant towards "alternative" people...punks,hippies any leftish or differnt people. but instead of moaning about it pauli fans ( and street punks here also) took it and sing it themselves with a humorous "pride"...so they * the scum off even more! loved it when i seen the clip, especially with so many people indoors :50:
