and how dou you think the should look while they're playing with each other for such a short time and in the game agains hearts thay had NO support from the midfielders?

I agree that our forward line don't look too good but it's also because of our midfield... no offence to mcgeady, jarosik etc. i like them very much but in both matches this season they were very chimeric. all the team was... sometimes during one match they showed us some beautifull actions, next time they * up everything...

something must be done... that's for sure...

Remember when Magic signed, he didn't score for a long time and some people were saying he was a bad signing, Look at him now. It wont be long until he scores, hopefully this weekend.

never been a fan of miller. he is a hard worker, but its kinda useless if you create 100 chances and no goals. id rather have riordan and magic up in front.

Yer, good point. At the Chealsea game, Riordan came on and put the ball in the back of the net. I think Miller will be ok for us but as coming on as a sub, not a perminent starter.

lol... then where's the problem... put magic in front of miller... kenny 'the hardworker' Miller will be making 100 chances and then giving all the balls to Magic 'No-misses' Zurawski and we'll have 100 goals at the end of the season...

get rid of WGS... i should be the manager :56:

yeah, but after 10 mins the opponent will notice that and the whole def will cover magic and let miller alone, since he cant finish anyway :84:

Good idea but if you have riordan play he can score goals too. He scored 20 goals last season. With him and magic as a partnership we WILL score goals.

if whole def will cover magic i'm sure kenny will score a goal...
ok my previous post was a stupid joke :)

i also think gs should try magic-riordan option... not because i like riordan more... just to make sure how it would look

The midfield are suppose to create the bulk of chances. Both of our strikers are suppose to be to finish chances and some half chances. We have one striker that sounds more like a midfielder

Hes been great so far ... nice pass by McGeady, but the Miller touch on the Petrov equalizer vs Hearts made that goal.

Miller makes some great runs and 'could' combine well with Magic up front........My only concern is he lacks real composure when he's about to pull the trigger....maybe it's just nerves or eagerness to please....hopefully a first goal will settle that down.

Vieri was a bit tongue in cheek, just know he's knackered and available so seems to fit the criteria for us at the moment.

Hope I'm wrong but Magic will need to start doing it in the big games. 2 goals from 11 games against Hearts, Rangers, Hibs and Artmedia isn't enough. Get him a quality strike partner and let him stay around that box where he's at his best.

As of today I am concerned about his lack of scoring, he is a first class worker, and tries his heart out, but he has to start scoring after he himself said thats what he would do, and Celtic signed him as a striker for that purpose, its up to him?
I watched the St Mirren game yesterday on a big TV, and the Celtic football was verygood, it was exibition stuff, but we have to start putting the ball into the net, especially with the high percentage of possession we have during a game like that.

i dont think its the fact he's not scoring, but what wotties me is that everyones looking at the defence and the forward line but the team are not creating chances like we have done for the last 7 years ,with the execption of 2 seasons ago, into last. if we create a dozen chances in a game miller and magic will score many goals between them, but we do defo need a big strong target man in the mould of sutton as he got himself about o alot more than big john, but im not worried about kenny. hail fukin hail

The guys works really hard but he totally lost hi sconfidence and his head is way down. But remember Magic done the same thing last season and look how many goes he ended up scoring. Juist needs a goal to break his duck!
