I'm an American and I was just wondering, whats your opinion of the US? I'm sure most intelligent people on where will say that Bush is doing a * job of running my country but do you guys simply dislike America or just its current politics?

Don't dislike America, but I dislike the way that Bush has been handling the war on terrorism.

I really like your country. friendly people, magnificent sceneries etc

on the other hand a dangerous and too powerful criminal is leading your country, supported by a criminal government.

I like Americans, very nice people. It just seems that when it comes to places like Iraq there heart seems to rule their head. I know people will say that what about Sep 11 but Iraq had nothing to with Al Quide, call me a cynic but I think its more to do with oil and to protect Israel than democracy.
What do'es the ordinary joe think of Bush and whats going on?

I'm really * off by polish goverment which make - let's call this - ultra-pro-american politics. what is more i'm anti-american since i remember...

easy... i'm not sayin i hate USA - the country. i have some american friends, i like your country but REALLY hate your goverment... I would say if there are any people more aggrieved by their goverment than the poles they must be americans :86:

i'm really sad about all the hate/fear/lies politics you have in USA...

(Marty say a word to Hoopsy about what i've written here and you're dead... LOL...:84: )

HAIL HAIL mate! you americans are really cool people IMO :50:

I love Americans, I have lot of good friends all over the states. The one problem do have with them is their total apathy toward any politcal situation that doesnt directly effect their way of life...........For the most part, if it's happening outside the USA they do not want to know about it.

I had a friend who actually refered to Italy as being a third world country.....and he's a second generation Italian! (lol)

    I agree.

I spent 2 months in the USA last year and met some gOOd people. I met a lot of uneducated idiots though. Some who claim to be Scots but thought Europe was in Canada. I am now in Canada for 3 months and I prefer it here.

I think there are tOO many Americans (Joe Americans tOO) who love a gOOd war. I do hate a lot of things American. I hate Capatalism, not stictly American but they certainly are the most Capatalist of any country. I saw that only in certain states. I LOVED Boulder Colorado and New Orleans.

Thinking about it it's tOO hard to call, Boulder Colrado is NOTHING like NY, i hated NY.

USA need a decent president, what's his face, clinton wsa decent, but they need someone even more decent, maybe Hilary, she has communist ties and to me that's a gOOd thing.

    :)

PS: I got tonnes of American friends, just incase you thnk i'm a * lol

I disliked Bush's "How did our oild get under their sand" attitude at the start but the middle east did itself no favours today. They have threatened innocent people, I hope the US gets them for it

I was in America just a few months ago. A great country and people who care which is important.

However I disagree with the Iraq war and Bush's policies. We went to war beside you's on information that was total bull. There was no WOMD, they had no links to Al Queda and had nothing to do with 9/11. After milking Iraq's wealth and oil will the average Iraqi be better off? I think not.

Why our governments are supporting Israel's illegal occupation of Lebanon is also beyond me. But as I said, I do like the country.
