Hooper is a huge miss for us, makes signing Bellamy vital, and if not Bellers then another striker who is going to get those poachers goals....Dont think lenny sees Rasmussen as that man, so the McGeady money must be spent on another striker !!!!

 

This shows that we need another striker desperately that knows where the goal is. Sign one asap hopefully. Ras deserves a chance though, he did well in the few games he played for us last season.

 

definitely need the likes of rassa and murphy to step up to the plate and score us some goals now that we're going to be missing hooper. this is gutting news.

Fail to see where our goals are going to come from for 6 weeks, Cant see samaras, fortune, rass, murphy doing it, unless we sign another striker.

That's not good news about Hooper! But Rasmussen has shown he can score goals too. Gutted for Slane, such a shame.

We need one of the strikers that plays every game to be a natural finisher. With Hooper out that only leaves Rass but Lenny doesnt fancy him. Need to at least get in another poacher on loan. Six weeks takes us to October and a lot of damage could be done in that period if our strikers are shot shy
