We need a No1, No3, No5 and No7

I think its no coincidence that we have no player who have these shirts.

we need a decent keeper, left back, centre back and striker or playmaker.

defence looks all over the place with players like zaluska, loovens, mulgrew and rasmussen not good enough.

will we get them if we dont sell mcgeady or is he the key??

 

Rasmussen I have to disagree on, he played upfront himself today which he cant do because he's a poacher. Rasmussen beside a fast striker will be great. He linked well today aswell.

The numbers on a shirt don't mean anything, we definitely need a keeper and a left back, but i wouldn't be to disapointed if thats all we got. We have got adequate cover up front with samaras, fortune, murphy, hooper and rasmussen. They are all different types of front men and i think we need the right two who will work well with each other. I think we could do with an experienced centre back but i think Rogne, hoovield, misun, thompson all seem to have decent potential and could well step up and nail down a spot. As for our playmaker i think jaurez could well be our man, he looks like a classy player. We have ledley, ki and crosas who can all make something happen. I think we have a very good squad and i am excited for the new season

yeah we need an experienced cf,fb,cb but i think i saw enough from rogne and hoiveld to suggest if they staty fit we will be ok inthe spl but i cant see them both staying fit so yeah. new cb. we can;t have a goalie makin the sort of mistake zaluska made against braga and then again today. a steady reliable goalie please

 

i do think you are living in cloud cuckoo land if you think our strikers are good enough and centre backs also. rasmussen is not good enough and jury still out on samaras n fortune. defence is a joke. my title was down to the fact these shirts are not taken and these are the players we need. ffs

 

If you are judging your opinion on today, clearly rasmussen wasn't good enough but what do you expect when a goal porcher is expected to lead the attack on his own with no support against quality defenders. We were a different side when sammy came on and we had 2 up front, we ripped them apart. Are problems came from our left back and right back rarelt were we troubled through the middle and i think rogne and hoovield could form a decent partnership. Well your title has no relevance to the players we need. Fabregas is arsenals playmaker yet he is numbered 4. Lampard is number 8 for chelsea. Clichy is number 22! I think you expect to much we have already made 7 signings i think to many signing good have a nagative effect i wouldnt expect to sign 4 more players it would just be crazy

well first thing id do is punt loovens and thompson, leaving us with those 3. yeah i think those 3 are good players but its very risky to go a season with only 3 CBs, so id sign a commanding CB that can come in for 2/3 seasons and show rogne and misun how its done.

 

1. Hildebrand 3. Salcido 5. Ramis 7. Bellamy (wishful thinking )

We need players with strength and pace.

Watching Arsenal today, they were full of pace and strong in the tackle.

We are getting ethere but a decent goalkeeper, a LB with strength and a good centre back are def required.
