    yup iv got the new nokia n its on 3, its a great fone... except if u want 2 play who wants 2 b a millionaire (the only game on it) it costs up 49P for 3 days... lol.. the camera is great n the quality brill.. cant say about the vid calling thou cause iv not tried it yet!

    Yea i am on 3. They are good, can watch TV, download movies and a huge choice of music etc for penies. The only think that annoyes me is they txt you all the time with news and offers about the network.

    dont mean to take away from the topic mate but seein as were on the subject of phones does anyone know a good phone to buy say for around the £100 mark camera/video etc not bothered bout the internet jus want camera good quality and video etc should have a usb link aswell so i can put the pics of my drunken nites out on bebo lol cheers for any help lads.

    they dont txt me :p another gd thing is their reward scheme.. although i liked on virgin the £5 top ups... on 3 u can only do £10 or more... but the reward scheme is for every txt u recieve they giv u 2p n for every call u recieve they giv u 3p so its a nice bonus on pay as u go :p

    andy does the music n film download not cost u alot??

    I’m on contract with 3.

    They only cost around 10p / 15p per download for me. Can also download football highlights (Premiership and European games only)

    Lucky you not getting txts from them, I get them on almost a daily basis lol.

    Lol yea I have Celtic alerts on as well but they are only active when the season in ongoing. Kept a few of them like Celtic 1 Hearts 0 - Celtic are Champions! lol

    ooo no i dont get that.. do they send u the scores n who scores? + how much it cost ya? mine is a t-mobile info service that i still get on 3. it just says things that r happening like magic is goin 2 b at the superstore on the 22 of july lol...

    Its about 10p a alert…..I think lol. Yea it tells you who scored on what minuet etc. it also tells you half time and full time scores. The 8-1 Dunfermline game cost me a bit lol.

    Since yous are talkin about phones, can i ask a question? lol

    I got a samsung d500 hundred the other day and it worked fine for a while, but now its comin up 'limited service' and wont let me phone out or even receive messages - its doin ma box in! Ambdy got/had this phone or more importantly know how to fix it?

    I had this problem with the Samsung E500 and I know a few other people who have had this problem with other types of Samsung mobiles…I would take it into the shop where you got it and see what they say…

    Thats the thing, i didnt get it from a shop, I bought it off a mate. Its worked fine for ages anaw, but i copied my numbers from my old phone to my sim card, then from my sim card to my new one and ever since its been being a wee *. Am gutted, am havin to use ma old * nokia when av got a fone there wae some crackin videos and tunes on it :38:

    cheers...I bought the nokia 6280 for £150 for my mum off ebay and I didnt realise it was locked to 3, so would you reccomend the 3 network?

    Yea + all phones that are locked to 3 cant be unlocked apparently, because the 3 phones work differently from other phones so the sim cards are different because they are 3rd generation or something like that. I was trying to put a o2 sim card in a 3 phone and that is what I was told.

    ma razr came up limited service and was like tht 4 weeks n then 1 day a jst took e sim card oot n poot it bak in and it worked afta tht. hope tht helps ya:50:
