Honestly, what about Liam Miller he looked better than what we have, but he was booed for obvious reasons. He would be practically free, Forgive & Forget imo.

McGeady seemed like one of the very few trying.
It was like Celtic v Man U boys club.

We're gonna need to make a big improvement.

Best laugh was Boruc flinging the balls at the Man U fans, or the guy that couldn't find the ball in the stand lol.

 

i said to the guy beside me i would take him back in a minute,,,

 

although the result did not matter, we would have all liked to see a improved performance from the team. there was nothing much for the supporters to cheer, but we should not jump to conclusions about how badly we will do this season. i am sure by the time celtic kick off the campaign against killie next week, everything should be good

 

United Youth

Top class performance from Fergie's Fledglings, really enjoyable game & very open thought they handled the occasion well. Why the sparse crowd ? United only had 250 although they made most of the noise. How do Celtic fans relate to United nowadays, in the 70's it used to be a close relationship. I have Celtic leanings being a massive Rod Stewart fan but first & foremost MUFC is my religion. As United fans enjoy winding up their "England" supporting counterparts expect to hear this chant soon : "Ronaldo ooh,ooh,oh Ronaldo ooh,ooh he scored with the last pen & England lost again". Good luck to the Celts!

Sno was ok but he has a terrible 1st touch hes a strong * so he is but still needs to learn , virgo i saw him come on at half time then he went missing ???

 

Sno looks a good prospect but will have to learn to control the ball better and quicker. Gets caught on the ball to often.

 

Why does GS play Virgo upfront? He has no future up there. At least try playing him at the back were he might have a future.
