no. we played well, scored more goals than them, therefore we deserved to win:bbpd:

 

Did we win? Stop the complaining it's pre-season * sake.

 

How the * did they outplay us? They had no penetration what so ever, they only had the ball so long as Celtic wished. As soon as the ball went into our final third our defence was all over them. If it wasnt a friendly we would have stuffed them. We never had the foot on the gas once their player was sent off.

 

I dont see why we are arguing over a PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY AGAINST SEATTLE SOUNDER'S!

 

They had just as many shots as we did,I don't think that's what "celtic wished".They hit the post at the end aswell. Obviously its goals and not shots that win matches but they had probably as much possession as we did and I think against a mls team with 10 men,that isn't very good. "Outplay" was too strong a word so i apologise:icon_mrgreen:

 

Decent work out they looked very dangerous and played some excellent stuff , ref ruined the game no need to send the gk off , scoreline means nothing ,

missed the game there tonight.. how did we play?..

 

mate have you been listening to the english comentators tooo much,,cheer up for christ sake we won.the first win over there..good for morale isnt it../?????? alot of players concentrating on fitness and getting sharp,and lots of players missing.victory means happy bhoy every day of the week.

 

i dont get why people think seattle deserved to win or draw, they proably overall had more of the ball but they only created a couple of good chances in the match, and they shouldnt even have scored ,it was an error,we had less of the play but we defended better and created more so altho we didnt play great we deserved the result

 

Lineup was quite inexperienced with allot of our younger players getting a run out.

Misun and big Big Hoov played well at CB,

Ki was good in possession untill replaced by Crosass who was also very tidy in possession.

Paddy McCourt drifted in and out of the game but scored and managed to last 80 + min before being taken off for Hutch who spat the dummy at Fortune for his lack of vision and passing ability,.

Sammy was good for the 45 min he played.. Rass was pretty non existent up front..

Dominic Cervi never really done anything to convince us that he is ready to be part of the first team just yet

Decent but nothing special from the Tic hope to see a stronger starting 11 next game..
