i cant believe any one is ok about being beat from manu reserve reserves. we failed in the technical side of the game tonight and we failed in the physical side the other night against philly. i am finding it hard to see anything except negatives so far

LOL! I like Hooiveld but we definitely need another CB or 2. I don't trust Loovens or Rogne at this point. Thompson?

I'd like to see something like this...

    Fortune
    Ledley Brown Maloney
    Crosas Ki
    Mulgrew Hooiveld ????? Cha
    Zaluska

Jésus Obie is another Mexican lad we're after. :50:

Tez reckons he'd be great in the EPL, cos taking cocaine is acceptable there.

    Anyone but Fortune!
    Ledley Brown Maloney/Efrain
    Ki Crosas
    Mulgrew Hooiveld Campbell Cha
    Zaluska

Possibly Efrain swapping with Ki and even Ki moving into the middle with brown on the right..

With 5 in midfield players should be naturally rotating positions during the game anyway as space opens up..

    No matter what,

    Come on the Hoop's

Just come from the match, samaras was nothing short of outstanding, right and left full backs were dire, that boy we signed from Aberdeen was so feckin slow, and sorry don't know if I'm the only one, but seen Forrest play about 3 times now, what the he'll do people see in him? My opinion: show him the door

well I was impressed big time with that display tonight..there was a few class touches and it looked as if they suited the 4-3-3 formation for a change. does anyone know who done the wee * in 3-4rth min to the inside midfielder,I thought that was minted! Av gotta say though i was mostly impressed by Fortune ( a bit greedy ) and Sammy (needs to keeps that belief he can get past the last man), they looked right up for it... and Cha Du Ri looks like a scary bad guy from a Asian movie! fek messin wi him! lol

Thought we done ok early 2nd half. Its only pre-season so lets hit the panic button if we're not doing it when CL qualifying comes round. If we can't beat the huns this year then we should chuck it, as their in big trouble. Keep the faith.

Well I thought the score was about right, Celtic at times played some no bad fitba but the usual suspects were still in vogue.
I believe Celtic will get stronger, but it is still a weak squad.
Its hard to suggest or pinpoint individual weaknesses especially in only two preseason games, however I have seen most of these players for sometime at Celtic and I would point out that Wilson is very scary at right back, O`Dea at times does no bad but he will during a game be a liability, Brown even did some good moves but he as usual almost causes goals which in time he will, Samaras at times can hustle but as per usual runs into trouble and losses the ball, and last but not least Fortune made some good moves but overall is a waste of time and space, has GREAT difficulty in accomplishing the finished article ie. scoring or setting up goals.
Having said this Celtic did play better fitba at times than I expected! <!--IBF.ATTACHMENT_308570-->

hauld on son yer a bit critical there. and also a bit over the top.
sammy was good but for 33 mins, young mulgrew was up against the fastest cun in the premier league and young wilson has lost a year thru injury give them a break :50:

    this one ?

They were raving about it on the commentary and a corner was given but I was watching on a full screen monitor and I could have sworn from the replays that Zaluska never touched the ball.. He looked decent enough though..

I think people are being overly critical. At the end of the day it was a pre-season game. History shows we do better in the league if we dont do well in pre-season.
