    Ive always had a soft spot for the mexicans love watching them play, me and my mates were talking during the world cup saying why celtic never tap into the mexican market, lenny must have been eary wiggin haha, really looking forward to seeing him play in the hoops.

    I think he will probabley start on the bench on wednesday, no doubt we will see him at some point though especially if we are trying to hold onto a 1 goal lead or something similar.

    Same mate them and Chile have a great fighting attitude that would cut it at Celtic. I was drooling over the thought of us trying to sign Salcido as we didnt have a left back but there is still time I suppose :rolleyes:

    Was it just paper talk that he turned down barca as they wanted to play him at fullback?

    I'm Mexican(fluent in Spanish & English) & I can tell you it's how Spooky said it.

    Eh-Frah-Een(not In) Who-Are-S(as in the letter S)

    Was on the BBC as well mate but my impression is that there was 'interest' from Barca but probably not a concrete offer.

    first thing they tell us when we learn english is to try no to translate so who cares about the accent , the boys asked what is the closest way to say it to spanish, E- fra- in ehh-fra-inn inn just like holiday INN, its not holiday een is it??? same thing when you say warezz thats the way maybe some one that reads it and doesnt know spanish would read it but wouldnt be the closes to spanish obviously

    It's not inn.. My first language is English. Im mexican american. Fluent in english and spanish.
    Why are you comparing his name to Holiday Inn? :rolleyes:

    His name is Eh frah EEN.

    I think you're getting your pronounciations wrong.

    In english Inn sounds like :
    Inn = Bin = Fin = Tin.. etc.

    Efrain's name is more like:
    Bean = Keane = Seen

    Efra - inn just sounds wrong.

    im mexican 100% thank * and my first language is spanish %100, so you might be right i still think its the other way, i speak perfect spanish and fluent english not perfect, warezz like you said juarez was sounds worse though :icon_mrgreen: oh last thing and not trying to talk crap or anything but i lived in the us for 2 years and never i heard any hispanic people living there pronounce spanish last names correctly, not saying is your case but it was very common they wouldn even pronounce their own last name correctly.
