    There has been quotes from both the player and his agent saying he is joining us so I don't think there is anything to worry about.

    Everyone gets too impatient with signings, people forget that they thought Ledley had, had a change of a heart when he didn't sign right away. Deals and deal that include work permits take longer than usual.

    you are the most pessamistic person on here lol,there was quotes from his agent this morning and he said he mentioned lazio,palermo and napoli to juarez but juarez said no and that hes going to celtic :50:

    Should try for Carlos Salcido too, had an excellent world cup for Mexico and would be our best left back in years, 30 yrs old and plays for PSV.

    For Scottish football work permits are decided by a panel made up of old footballers such as pat nevin who still resides on the panel, Gordon smith was once on it as well,though i am not sure who is still on it now a days.
