I do think fortune and rasmussen could work up front, but what if one of them gets injured? Get hooper in, he looks a player

That may well be Maloney's best chance of getting back to form and in the team. A very good shout in my view. Didn't he start out as a CF. Would be good for Maloney to play up, as he is quite diminutive yet reasonably strong for his size and take people on. Would like to see him as a CF tbh.

I think he would be great playing off of Rasmussen (with the squad the way it is atm, might be different with new arrivals) but not Fortune' because, Fortune' doesn't hold in the middle and is a different physical presence to Rassa, more of a 'working the channels'/out-ball type player rather than a good target man for the air.

For me Rasmussen and maloney could be a cracking wee partnership. Wee bit like Miller and Boys but with more ability! We could maybe even play Fortune out wide, as thats where he seems to be most effective!

    Stokes-

I am still unsure about his levels of application and while he no doubt has some ability and a nack of finding the goals am not so sure he could step ( and grow-up to play for Celtic ). He has had a good season, scored some good goals, but i am unconvinced that he is the answer. I would prefer to see him sustain goalscoring over more seasons but someone else could sign him by then. So its a gamble now, but always an option, though i would prefer someone else.

Id rather see sheridan than hutchinson he was shockingg at dundee during his loan spell but sheridan looks decent, think we need a striker to replace samaras but ive got faith in fortune and rasmussen this season

I think we should appreciate that we have seen relatively little of Rassa tbh.

Don't pin anything on him, or write him off, give him the chance

    Striker isn't a position I'm worried about.

Priority (as has been for 5 years) is a left-back.

Next on the agenda is a solid CB. Then I'd take somebody attacking with a good creative mind and good passing. Basically Nakamura in his prime :p
