Should Lennon try to sign Danny Wilson ?

I think we should, It's welll known he doesn't want to be there and is a Celtic supporter. We could get him for 3m which is worth it as he looks a very decent prospect. with a slightly better offer that the huns are giving him i don't see why a celtic supporter wouldn't want to join us, do you ?

 

i wouldnt mind him joining us but it would be soul destroying giving them 3m, id rather get him on a free transfer

 

I think there's an unwritten rule that neither us or the huns buys directly from the other.. Let Wilson make some money down in the Premiership and then come to Paradise on a free transfer when he's at his peak..

Yes i'd hate the idea of giving rangers cash. However they would inflate his cost as it is us.
Is he actually any good though ? like i know he's not bad on FM but is he worth 2/3 million, and would he get in our first team.

The two clubs don't negotiate on these sorts of things, it just doesn't happen due to the strength of the rivalry (and too complicated with bad publicity). It happens in isolated cases within rivalries but still rare. The Milan teams probably deal with each other most i would think.

 

StainseyBhoy , It's easy saying that Celtic should go and buy him but the huns wouldn't consider selling him to Celtic because for one it weakens them and strengthens their biggest rivals when both clubs are chasing the same prize of the league title..

I'd take him but agree with Alsy - we have given them enough money the past 2 seasons by reluinqishing the title and not putting up a challenge this year thus allowing them 2 sets of champs league money. Would take him on a free if the opportunity arose next year
