    £1.5 million :56: Thats a * steal for someone who is a better passer,crosser, free kick taker, shooter than McGeady. I hope we make a cheeky approach for Whelan aswell because he would be amazing for us and would be a cult hero.

    So Thommo wasnt good enough then because his history is quite similar. Playing with championship clubs getting promoted and being integral parts of the promotions and scores a good number of goals for a left mid.

    Liam Lawrence isnt just 'any' player..he has had loads of success in the EPL. He is loved at Stoke and has won their Player of the Year before. I almost think 1.5 mill is too good to be true.

    seen him a few times for stoke and Ireland, nothing flashy hes not a McGeady type of winger, hes solid tracking back, decent going forward good engine on him and a decent delivery, tbh hes a bit like steve davis and at the moment thats a good thing because steve davis is a good player.
