What to do with Fortune?

I'd keep him for next season as he is good at bringing others into play, chips in with some good goals, but misses way too many sitters. Linked with the right partner then I think he would do well for us, but it all depends on getting the balance of the team right - you can't have all flair players and equally you can't have all "dig" players we need to get the right mix.

If we sold I wouldn't be overly disappointed but I wouldn't actively seek to sell him if you know what I mean.

I think the negatives outway the positives.

i totally agree with you on this one fortune blows far to hot and cold like to many players this season.he is not a goalscorer which is no good in a poor league and he is not brave enough i would sell him and kamara i would not sign him as well hes injury prone and talking himself up for a contract,sammy as well has to go lets get british type players that are going to roll sleeves up and get tore in,we have been swept aside this season cos we have far to many weak players lets get these imposters out and get real men

 

Keep him hopefully he true to his words and says he always struggles in his 1st years at new clubs and is better in his 2nd

 

Please, please please i hope he leaves. He is a total waste to have on the pitch.

The only person stupid enough to buy him though is Mowbray, so is any board stupid enough to hire him.

 

Agree with both of you Fortune cost us £4mill and to be fair to him, he does work his socks off but so does Broony and he still gets slated because he's a midfielder and cant make a 5 yard pass! For £4mill i want a good player, not someone who will work their socks off and occasionally set up a goal or bring another player into the game!

Kamara is a strange one for me, i don't rate him out wide at all and yet im seeing alot of people's teams having him as a winger! He like Fortune isn't a great finisher either and his goal scoring record shows that! Just don't rate the guy at all as either a forward but especially not as a winger!

Personally id sell him, hes a clown with the touch of a donkey. I dont think anyone would buy him, through him in a skip and send him back to France

 

His link up play and insane ability to turn a defender with no effort are the reasons we create so many chance. Keep him.

He is a no bad player but I think we could get better with the money we spent on him.

I don't think he's good enough for Celtic. A useful player, works his socks off and seems a genuinely nice guy, but for me he should be a big target man, John Hartson type, and he just hasn't delivered on that stage this season. Finishing is poor at times and he really needs to know when to pass it (that moment in the 3-3 draw with Falkirk when Skippy was unmarked in the middle, but MAF shot from an impossible angle rather than squaring it.)

 

If we can get £2.5m for him sell sell sell. has not done enough for me over the season for his price tag.

 

Sell him seen him play far to many bad games for my liking Sammy has scored more goals than him this season and also his first touch and decision making is poor .
