    Goncalves mate!

Don't see why not if its a free transfer. He is quick and can play centre half as well as left back so if he doesn't start he is a good squad player as he is quite versatile. I wouldn't say he would be earning high wages either so I think we should get him signed!

good cover, never a starter I would hope. But yeah, fairly quick and decent in the air and on the floor at an SPL standard, don't mind having him in the squad. In all honesty, a better option than our current centre half options who are poor. But, if chat that Mick will be back next year, we have these centre halves at the club next year:

    Thompson
    O'Dea
    Mick
    Hooiveld
    Rogne
    Misun
    Loovens

Need to clear some of those out. We are crying out for at least one dominant centre half this summer, would hope to see us spend decent money on one and maybe 1.5 million on another. If we have 2/3 coming in, we need to clear out some of what is there curently.

Would be harsh to get rid of Thompson (although I don't rate him at all), Misun, Rogne or Hooiveld, given that they are either young or have struggled with injury. I do think, under proper management, Loovens could potentially improve into a decent centre-haf, but wouldn't mind seeing him leave. I like Mick for what he has done for the club and his passion, but let's face it, the guy is a calamity, a realy poor centre-half. O'Dea has improved towards the end of the season, but not commanding. Not bad left footed cover but he is nothing special, wouldn't mind seeing him leave. Point is, we need to clear out some rubble befoe re-building with a couple of new centre-halves.

It is frim the back we must build next season. We have a good keeper ad a soild right back in Boruc and Hinkel. In Misum and Rogne we have potentially decent youngsters coming through. But if I was given the kitty to spend this summer I would be looking to strengthen centre-half and left back areas before anything else.

Bombscare bamba - Not a chance!!! He's not as good as any of centre midfielders we have currently and this is where has has played best for hibs this season.

At centre half he is even worse. :38:

Don't think misun is a centre half either mate, thought he played left back. He has really good potenial from what i've seen and heard.

Low risk free transfer so why not, worst case scenario he doesn't play well we just sell him for a small profit.

EDIT: This is also a good football manager strategy.:icon_mrgreen:
