give paddy a crack for christ sake,,ive never saw a lazier player than berbetov but id take him here in a flash,,paddy has shown he can be quality,
coaching staff work the legs off him and have him ready and fit for a good season then if he cant hack it,,byby
shame to give him to somebody else and watch the skill on tv.

prob the best, or at least one of the best, shots in the team. He is an odd player. I think he can be effective as a frequent sub. That way we could get use of his talent in quite a few games while at the same time not suffering from his lack of fitness or defending.

His attacking qualities are very, very potent

We should be making space for him every week, even if it is on the bench. Paddy is one of the few who offer something different and is worth paying to see.

    Here the whole time
i've heard he likes a drink and a * so in that sense he's like a throwback to the sixties and seventies but i'd defo keep him as an impact player,it's hardly likely his wages are breaking the bank.

Unfit, Lazy, Not Celtic Class my ar*e, If Paddy's problem is staying fit then IMO he's worth investing every penny on a personal Fitness Coach or whatever it takes to get him ready.

As I've posted before, the Guys on here who say sell him ta * obviously must see something wonderful I don't in the rest of our current squad.
C'mon name me one current Celtic player who can or has scored goals for us like Paddy does?

A player of his skill on modest wages and we wanna sell him!
You may point out he gives the ball away too much and is selfish at times. (Think mr Keano could be pulled up for this as well) For Gods sake give the man a break, when he comes into the team he's expected to score wondergoals or save a failed teams bacon all by himself? IMO he's worth keeping just to have as an Impact sub

Also I often wonder home come the Huns manage to play all their North Of Ireland based players, Davis, Lafferty & Wilson. But for us Paddy who has more skill in his wee toe than that blue nosed bufoon Lafferty, well he can't get a game, even when he is fully fit. Strange that.........

Totally agree ! The guy is an awesome talent and he surely cannot be that unfit ! He will score wonder goals every second week if he gets a run in the team ! If they are worried about him not working back then play him off the striker with robbie keane or rasmussen for next season ! The guy has an awesome shot and is the most intelligent player we have on the park for seeing space or a pass or that sheer bit of brilliance!!

He is the most exciting player in our squad and he is much more direct than mcgeady and has a better final product. I just wish someone would give him a real chance in the team !!!!

i wish to * he had it in him to go for the 90 minutes :54:

until his fitness improves i cant see him being any more than a impact player coming off the bench which is sad cause id love to see him play week in week out.

That video just makes me wish Paddy was a first team regular, it's so frustrating watching some of the current players knowing Paddy could be out there. He's unbelievably talented, loves Celtic, has modest wages and we wouldnt get a fortune for him. So play him and keep him happy.
