i busted my pan out yesterday at work so i could make the bus to the game. everyone expected a * attendance and i originally wasn't going to go cos the rearranged fixture was too short notice for my work. but i had to go because i sing enough songs about being the celtic supporter i am. and theres no way there were 27,000 at that game. 20,000 if youre lucky. and if you're a season ticket holder and you stayed away in protest, the board wouldn't give a *. they've already got your money. with the game on tv all that we looked was embarassing. all we did was give the daily ranger and the hun more headlines. we praise neil lennon for not quitting. i watched the fan reaction on you tube and at first i was shocked, but then fair play to them for turning up. i wish i had. we have all these brilliant quotes, darkest hour, shirt dont shrink etc etfuckingcetera. well the crowd sure shrinks. come on! support your team. even when it hurts. doing that will turn more heads. make more people see that we really are more than a football team. dont quote it. do it. we can talk the talk. lets walk the walk. hail hail

good point, i was there last night and thought the attendance was shocking. Who cares if the league's gone and we're playing pish, you're supposed to be celtic supporters, faithful through and through, some of these gloryhunters dont know the meaning of celtic.

i dont blame anybody for staying away. the board need to realise that this is what they can expect if they keep taking pish the way they have been. if they give us what we want ie a decent team and manager, then we will fill paradise week in week out. if they dont what we seen last night will become the norm. they will care because it ticket renwal time

100per cent agree last nite was embarasing man. Sumdy next to me actually booed when they read out Thompson as the scorer for his first. Booing at half time whistle * spoilt immature support we have. We are giving ourselves a really bad rep as fans, when we should be there to show we are the suporters we claim to be less than half a stadium. We can't won anything and the team are poor, so let's stop being Celtic supporters. Makes you * sick

Apologies, but last nite really got to me

A lot of us are just fed right up a didnt even tune in to watch the last 3 games on tv never mind frustrating the life out my self by going to the game, a think a would probly have slit my wrists when motherwell scored, at the momment its a we bit hard to stand by these players, half a them play as if they dont have a care in the world and you would probly get a better performance if you pulled 2 or 3 fat guys out the stand to pull on the hoops

We have probly 1 of the worst central defence pairings in the spl and i dont think samaras has scored more goals than the rangers right back plus r.keane has been here just over 3 months and has scored just as much, that tells its own story, we also look disjointed all over the pitch and have a midfield who just dont function or try hard enough, not to metion the sloppy sloppy goals we have conceded or lost possesion in the middle of the park and threw games away, it really is the worst celtic team av seen for 10 years:38::38::38:

But i will always support and love the club but its just a bit too hard to stomoch just now!!!

i agree with you. but those empty seats were paid for. by us. and the time for protest is not now. we need to rally round neil lennon. i dont think he likes some of the squad any more than we do. to get to the board dont renew. hold off. that'll send them the message

REAL CELTIC SUPPORTERS TURNED UP LAST NIGHT. AGAIN, THE REST OF YOU WHO DIDNT BOTHER JUST PROVIDED RANGERS FANS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO SLAG US OFF. PATHETIC! OK THE TEAM ARE RUBBISH, NO DENYING BUT WE ARE MEANT TO BE THE BEST SUPPORTERS. TOO MANY 'FANS' HAVE BEEN SPOILED OVER THE PAST TEN YEARS AND NEED TO REALISE THAT WE HAVE SEEN IT ALL BEFORE, BEEN THROUGH BAD TIMES AND HAVE COME OUT THE OTHER END! BUT WE ALWAYS STICK BY CELTIC FC, REGARDLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

personally, this season, i have missed 1 home game, due to the flu. I try to get to as many away games as possible. I love atmosphere and singing the songs, and hate that rebel songs are banned. Ive hated recently that even though the rude bhoys are singing as much as possible, people around just seem to ignore them and are turning into spectators. I'd freely sing if the people around me sing, but if you try these days you just get a funny look, its disgraceful.

Celtic didnt deserve us to turn up to the motherwell game after they cheated the club against a ross county team whos highest player was £600 the board will be laughing at the fans that payed to turn up to the game.. untill they sign some decent players i sure as * wont be back

I was at the game lastnight and I know people who couldn'[t make due to other commitments. But there has been worse times at Celtic and the stadium was still near capacity. I understand that people ahve had enough of the dross that is getting served up on and off the park. Main gripe could be that over the last decade of success we haven't built on it only went backwards and the board have taken their eye of what is the most important thing.......... The FANS and SUCCESS at Paradise. But from now till the end of the season there is still 2nd place to acheive so we need to be there for our Bhoys.

    Who's aw goin on saturday?

We have decent players the whole scenario this season has made them lose confidence in my opinion ..It needs the right leader to motivate them thats all ..Boruc, Keane,Hinkel , Mcgeady , Fortune ect ect have all shown flashes of brilliance this season ,they just need to perform on a regular basis to a better standard than they have been of late :50:
